Now that Adriana Russo (Madelyn Keys) is a world champion, and she’s finally made her choice between Freddie (Olly Atkins) and Brayden (Cale Ambrozic) (at least for now), fans are eager for a second season of Finding Her Edge. Well, Netflix has delivered some good news! We’re headed back to the ice!
Season 1 of the Netflix teen drama follows Adriana, the middle of three heirs to the Russo skating legacy, who reenters the sport when her sister, Elise (Alexandra Beaton), gets injured. Fighting to fund her family’s struggling rink, Adriana teams up with Brayden, both on and off the ice, pretending to be a couple to win more sponsorships. At the same time, Adriana’s former partner and first crush, Freddie, returns to the rink with his new partner, Riley (Millie Davis). That being said, the season ended with a dramatic partner shake-up, so it looks like we’ll be seeing some brand-new pairings in Season 2.

Has Finding Her Edge been renewed for Season 2?
Yes, as of February 3, 2026, Finding Her Edge has been renewed for a second season. Posting a video of Madelyn Keys on ice, holding up two fingers, author Jennifer Iacopelli wrote, “Season 2 of #FINDINGHEREDGE is headed to @Netflix! I am so proud of the entire cast and crew and so thankful to all of you for tuning in and telling the world that you want more! Iacopelli told Netflix, “I am over the moon at the reception Finding Her Edge has received by viewers all over the world. To see my book come to life and watch the world fall in love with my characters has been a dream come true, and now that dream gets to continue with a season two! I can’t wait for audiences to see what’s in store for Adriana, Brayden, Freddie and the rest of Team Russo!”
Showrunner Jeff Norton explained, “I set out to make a show about love, featuring characters navigating a particularly difficult path in their lives and in their sport. Who will return for Finding Her Edge Season 2?
While Season 1 of Finding Her Edge was based on Jennifer Iacopelli’s standalone novel of the same name, it’s hard to predict where the adaptation will take Season 2. That being said, we expect to see the entire main cast return in Season 2. This includes: Madelyn Keys as Adriana Russo, Cale Ambrozic as Brayden Elliott, Olly Atkins as Freddie O’Connell, Alexandra Beaton as Elise Russo, Alice Malakhov as Maria Russo, Millie Davis as Riley Monroe, and Harmon Walsh as Will Russo.
When will Finding Her Edge Season 2 premiere?
As of February 2026, we don’t have an exact premiere date for Finding Her Edge Season 2. The renewal announcement didn’t specify a release date, but it will be 2027 at the earliest.

What has the Finding Her Edge cast said about Season 2?
During an exclusive interview with Swooon, the main trio revealed that they would all love to return to their roles for Season 2. Atkins explained, “There are so many wonderful things that we set up in Season 1. There are so many wonderful characters that we’ve put together.”
Seeing as Season 1 ended with Riley and Brayden partnering up after Adriana started dating Freddie, Ambrozic was thrilled about the possibility of spending more time working with Davis, as Riley and Brayden didn’t really interact during the first season.
