‘Finding Her Edge’: Should Adriana End Up With Brayden or Freddie? (POLL)

Both Brayden Elliot and Freddie O’Connell have skated their way into Adriana Russo’s life, but only one can win her heart off the ice. While she’s made her choice for now, we need you to decide who she should end up with during a potential Finding Her Edge Season 2.
Season 1 of the Netflix teen drama follows Adriana (Madelyn Keys), an ice dancer, who reenters the sport when her sister, Elise (Alexandra Beaton), gets injured. While Adriana used to skate with Freddie (Olly Atkins), she teams up with first-place favorite Brayden (Cale Ambrozic) to fund her family’s struggling rink. Even though Adriana still harbors feelings for Freddie, she and Brayden pretend to be a couple off the ice to win more sponsorships.
At the end of the season, Brayden admits that he has real feelings for Adriana, only to find her kissing Freddie on a carousel in the streets of Paris. He then abandons Adriana, leaving her to do their final skate as champions at Worlds alone. Back at Russo Rink, now owned by Voltage, Adriana and Freddie are told that they will be partners for the next skating season. Worried about Freddie’s current partner, Riley (Millie Davis), the two find out that Brayden and Riley will now skate together as well.

Since the first season ended, fans have been quick to share their feelings about Adriana choosing Freddie over Brayden. In the comments of Swooon‘s “Will Finding Her Edge Return for Season 2?” post, one fan explained, “I need that season 2 so bad they need to be together. I want [Adriana] to see [Brayden] with Riley and get jealous and then realize she only likes the idea of Freddie and the old days and not him. Braydriana all the way!”
At the same time, it’s clear that Freddie and Adriana’s shared history will be a ton of fun to explore during a potential Season 2. Fans would love to see flashbacks to Freddie and Adriana as kids during their early days on the ice. That being said, when asked about his Season 2 hopes, Atkins told Swooon, “I love the drama, so the more torturous, the more fights you can have… The more you can put these characters through, the more fun I have.”
