Who Is Frank Del Duca’s Wife? Inside Team USA Olympian’s Marriage
Frank Del Duca was chosen by his fellow United States teammates to be the Team USA flagbearer at the 2026 Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony. He and Erin Jackson will proudly bear the American Flag at the February 6 kickoff event.
The 2-man and 4-man bobsledder was especially grateful that the honor was bestowed upon him in Milano Cortina because of his Italian American heritage. “I grew up on the food. I grew up in that Italian American culture,” he said. “So much of my life has been Italian American, which is not the same as Italian, but we’re very proud of our ancestry.”

What does Haley Del Duca do for a living?
Haley is a certified family nurse practitioner. She has her Master of Science in nursing from Husson University. Haley graduated from college in 2015, and then took some time off and worked as a travel nurse before returning to the university in 2021. Per her LinkedIn, she currently works as a travel nurse for Adirondack Medical Center in upstate New York.
How did Frank Del Duca meet his wife?
Haley and Frank met at a work event in college, according to their wedding website. They dated for “about a year,” but due to going to different colleges and having “very different schedules,” they “amicably split.”
After graduating from the University of Maine in 2014, Frank moved in with some friends in Maine, and their place was “a couple miles” from Haley’s childhood home. After Haley graduated from Husson University in 2015, she was living at home, which is when she and Frank reconnected.
“When we found out, we caught up with friends and realized we had too good of a connection to let slip away again,” Frank recalled. “With everything that went into our paths crossing not once, but twice, I realize we are truly soulmates and I cherish that.”
Shortly after that, Frank relocated to Lake Placid, New York, to begin his bobsledding career, and Haley began taking travel nursing assignments in the area so she could be closer to him.
Frank and Haley got engaged in July 2020 and tied the knot less than one year later on June 5, 2021, in Maine.
Does Frank Del Duca have kids?
Frank and Haley are parents to two children. Their first son, Sebastian Enzo Del Duca, was born in December 2022, followed by their second son, Lorenzo Titus Del Duca, on March 29, 2025.

In July 2025, Haley reflected on being able to spend more than three months at home with her boys while on maternity leave. “Today marks the last day of my maternity leave, and what a bittersweet feeling it is,” she wrote on Instagram. “It’s been a privilege to have 3.5 months off to watch BOTH of my babies grow. The time always goes too fast, but I’ll be returning to work with a happy heart and the sweetest memories of my boys.”
