Who Is Seattle Seahawks Coach Mike Macdonald’s Wife?
Mike Macdonald is hoping to lead the Seattle Seahawks to a Super Bowl victory against the New England Patriots during the big game on February 8. It’s just his second year as head coach of the team.
Prior to taking the Seahawks head coaching gig, Mike worked as a defensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens in 2022 and 2023. Before that, he was the defensive coordinator at the University of Michigan, served another seven seasons on the Ravens coaching staff from 2014 to 2020, and worked for his alma mater, the University of Georgia.

Who is Mike Macdonald’s wife?
Stephanie is a former NFL cheerleader. During her eight-year career, she cheered for the Tennessee Titans, Baltimore Ravens, and Washington Commandeers. In 2014, she was named Pro Bowl cheerleader for the Ravens.
Prior to marrying Mike, Stephanie also worked in sales, per her LinkedIn. Her last job was as an account executive for CCS Medical in Maryland in 2020 and 2021.
Stephanie graduated from Virginia Tech in 2010 with a degree in communications, with a focus in public relations, and a minor in sociology.
How did Mike Macdonald meet his wife?
Mike and Stephanie met in October 2015. At the time, he was working on the coaching staff for the Ravens, while she was on the cheerleading team. Stephanie revealed that she met her now-husband in passing, and when she found out he was on the coaching staff, she told him, “We can’t do this.”
However, the timing worked out just right, as it was Stephanie’s last season with the Ravens. Once the season ended later that fall, they caught up again, and started officially dating the following year.
After five years of dating, Mike and Stephanie got married in 2021.
Does Mike Macdonald have kids?
Yes, Mike and Stephanie have a son named Jack. Jack was born in December 2024.
The former football player shared news of his son’s arrival during his press conference the day after Jack’s birth. “Steph had our boy last night, and both are happy and healthy,” he said. “Man, It’s a crazy statement to say out loud, but we’re really excited and really blessed, obviously. What women can do is just an unbelievable thing. What a warrior she is, and she’s awesome.”
