Who is in the Boyfriend on Demand cast?

Jisoo has already spoken about her character ahead of the show’s premiere. “I had such a great time living as Mi-rae. I also cheered for her as I watched her make choices and take action even though she was afraid of something. I think it will be an interesting work that contains the worries & empathy we have in our lives,” she told Elle Korea.

Director Kim Jung-sik said of his lead actress, “I focused most on portraying the many charms Jisoo has in the most versatile way possible. To do this, I used different occupations and added subtle variations to her character in the virtual world so that her acting style would feel distinct from Mi-rae in reality.”

He continued, “One of the most appealing points of Boyfriend on Demand is that the main character experiences different romantic relationships with various individuals, in diverse settings and universes, all within a single series. As such, viewers can enjoy a wide spectrum of romantic comedies.”

They’re played by Seo Kang-jun, Lee Soo-hyuk, Ong Seong-wu, Lee Jae-wook, Lee Hyun-wook, Jay Park, Kim Young-dae, and Lee Sang-yi. Yoo In-Na appears as Mi-rae’s dating manager. What is Boyfriend on Demand about?

Written by Namgung Do-young, Mi-rae escapes her exhausting life via the simulation program. She experiences everything from fairytale-like encounter with a prince to a first love at school, and her boyfriends include a confident doctor, a secret agent, an A-list celebrity, and more. At the same time, Mi-rae keeps running into Kyeong-nam (Seo) in real-life. As they become “overtime work buddies,” a slow-burn romance forms between them, challenging Mi-rae’s idea of what she wanted.
