Another 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Season 8 couple has officially gotten engaged!
On the February 22 episode of Before the 90 Days, Forrest Atwood-McKenzie proposed to his longtime long-distance girlfriend, Sheena. At the start of the season, Forrest revealed that he would be traveling to the Philippines to meet Sheena for the first time in real life, joined by his mother, Molly, and step-father, Dev.
At the time, Molly believed that Sheena was hiding something from Forrest, after lying about being forced to give their savings to her parents, which was proven to be untrue. Forrest previously told viewers, “I don’t know if I can propose to Sheena if I can’t trust her.”
Forrest proposed to Sheena at Venice Grand Canal Mall in Taguig, surrounded by Italian-themed buildings and a Venice look-alike canal. Ahead of his proposal, he told Sheena, “I love you, my Sheen, so much, and I want to be your rock. But just— I don’t like how it ended up, you know, with the lies and whatever. And I need to know that you will always come to me truthfully and honestly.”
“I understand, my love,” Sheena replied. “I felt so hopeless for what I did for not telling the truth to you, and I’m trying to open up everything for you, every single problem that you need to learn.” She then revealed that the last person she dated was already with another woman before they met. She found out that he was cheating on her three years into their relationship, telling Forrest, it was an “indescribable pain.”

After their heart-to-heart, Forrest proposed to Sheena, telling her, “Over the last seven years, I’ve been wanting to come here and be with you and get to, you know, see you. And I know that we’ve had some ups and downs since I’ve gotten here, but I think it’s only going to make us stronger because you are my one special person.”
Getting down on one knee, he pulled out a ring, saying, “Sheena, thank you for being in my life. Let’s continue to be in each other’s lives from now on. If you do me the honor, will you please marry me?” Her responses? “I love you, baby. Yes, I do.”
Of course, Forrest’s mom was not as thrilled as one would hope when she found out the big news. She told him, “Forrest, I asked you to hold off and wait so she could prove herself, and then you just go walk off and pull this little sneak s**t?”
While we know Forrest and Sheena might be in for a reckoning from his mother during the next episode, his adorable proposal made it clear that their love is no lie.
