‘RHOBH’: Who Is Rachel Zoe’s Ex Rodger Berman’s Girlfriend? His Relationship With Bree Jacoby
Rachel Zoe and her husband, Rodger Berman, were married for 26 years when they announced their separation in September 2024. Ten months later, Zoe filed for divorce amid filming for her first season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The celebrity stylist has been open about her split on the Bravo show, and gave more insight into what happened during the February 26 episode. Zoe said an incident over an August weekend in 2024 was what prompted her to end the marriage (more on that below).
Zoe has also spoken about her estranged husband’s new relationship, and while she hasn’t named Berman’s girlfriend on the show, the banker has been linked to Bree Jacoby since the beginning of 2025 when they were first photographed together. He went Instagram official with their relationship that September.

Who is Rodger Berman’s girlfriend?
Jacoby is a men’s stylist. She owns the company Style With Bree. According to her website bio, “For nearly a decade, Bree has transformed the wardrobes, homes, and lifestyles of Fortune 500 CEOs, top athletes, and high-achieving men, helping them look, live, and feel their absolute best.”
Additionally, Jacoby created a custom menswear line called Breespoke. She is also the founder of WVN, “an exclusive network connecting driven men through curated social experiences and high-level opportunities.”
Jacoby offers live shopping and styling services, sales coaching, and is a motivational speaker.

“Rodger has had the same girl for a year,” Zoe revealed on an RHOBH episode that was filmed in summer 2025. When a producer asked if the relationship began “right after you guys separated,” Zoe responded, “You do the math.”
The episode was filmed more than a year before Zoe and Berman announced their split in September 2024, and even prior to the August weekend when Zoe said their marriage fell apart.
Why did Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman split?
Zoe said there were “a lot of reasons” why her and Berman’s relationship grew “strained.” She pointed out that they were together for 18 years before having kids (they share sons Skyler and Kaius), and noted that things “changed” once the children arrived. “I think we’ve outgrown each other,” she admitted. “We became very different people.” The reality star said that working with her husband was also an issue. “Lines get crossed,” she shared.
While Zoe has never explicitly accused her former partner of cheating (“I don’t know that I can answer that really,” she told People), she opened up about the moment she felt betrayed by Berman on RHOBH.
“He was in Aspen,” Zoe told Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley. “I wouldn’t go to Aspen because I had to host a thing here. It’s a whole thing. And whatever happened, happened, and I just split open.”
When Kemsley pressed Zoe to specify what she meant by “whatever happened, happened,” Zoe clarified that she and Berman “got into a fight,” but did not reveal specifically what caused it. She noted in a confessional that there were two years of “back and forth” fighting and reconciling, but “some things happen for reasons to force your hand, and in this case, that weekend of August 2, 3, 2024, just made it real f**king easy to go.”
Zoe said she found out about Berman’s unspecified betrayal because he told her. “There was a call. Honestly, it’s like, I saw red, and I just hung up,” she explained, adding that she never had trust issues with Berman in the past. “The way that we were married, I never looked at his phone. Not once.” She admitted that after the August 2024 weekend the trust was broken and there was “no going back.”
Did Rachel Zoe’s kids meet Rodger Berman’s girlfriend?
Berman and Jacoby’s relationship became a source of contention for Zoe because of how her kids found out about it. On the December 11, 2025, episode of RHOBH, Zoe slammed Berman for being publicly photographed with Jacoby before the kids knew about the relationship.

“I can’t think of anything more f**king indiscreet than being photographed on the sidewalks of Los Angeles with your arm around your girlfriend that no one knows about, and, most importantly, that your children don’t know about,” she ranted.
Then, during a January 2026 episode, Zoe revealed that Berman brought Jacoby to meet the boys for the first time unannounced. It happened when Skyler and Kaius were leaving for camp, she said.
“She’s never met the kids. My kids are leaving, about to get on a plane to camp, literally she f**king appears,” Zoe explained. “She’s there with him, shows up and says hi to my sons. What the f**k?”
