Yes, Ben has a girlfriend named Sabrina. “I’m very happily in a relationship,” he confirmed on Watch What Happens Live in February 2026.
He has also confirmed the romance with social media posts, and she was by his side at the Summer House premiere party ahead of the start of Season 10 on February 3.
Sabrina’s Instagram handle is @sabrinajet_ and she goes by Sabrina Belle in her bio. She appears to be a model and is based in New York City.
When did Ben Waddell start dating his girlfriend?
While the exact timeline of their relationship is not confirmed, the two first posted together on Instagram on September 29, 2025. “My new morning view @sabrinajet_ #doeswaddywants,” Ben captioned a video. He also referred to Sabrina as his “number one girl” in another post a few days later.
It seems that sparks may have started flying between these two while Ben was filming Summer House during summer 2025, as Andy Cohen teased on WWHL that we “may or may not be seeing” their romance “soon” on the show.
What happened to Ben Waddell and McKenna Lea?
Before coming to Summer House, Ben was a lead on The Bachelor in Australia in 2023. He gave his final rose to McKenna Lea.

“If a guy with blonde hair, blue eyes, and from Australia falls into my lap, great!” Lindsay teased in a confessional, although she later added, “It’s hard to get a read on Ben. I don’t know. I mean, listen, on paper, he is a beautiful specimen of a man, right? But as far as like, is he flirting? I have no idea.”
Lindsay was on WWHL the same day as Ben and she joked, “He did tell me he wanted to be a girl dad. So there’s that.” When Andy pushed if anything happened “beyond that,” she responded, “I mean, no, not that night.” Ben added, “No. All peachy.”
