‘Ladies Of London’: Who Is Dara Huang’s Ex-Fiancé? His Royal Family Connection & More
Ladies of London is back with a new installment, Ladies of London: The New Reign, on Bravo. The show originally ran for three seasons from 2014 to 2017, chronicling the lives of women living in London as they navigated society, families, and businesses.
The new version will also include American expats who have relocated to London, as well as a main male cast member for the first time. Dara Huang, an American architect who’s based in London, will appear on the show, although she is not a main cast member.
Her history is perhaps the most interesting, though, as she has ties to the royal family through her previous engagement, which ended in 2018. Scroll down to learn more.
Who is Dara Huang’s ex-fiancé?
Huang’s ex-fiancé is Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who is now married to Princess Beatrice York. They seemingly started dating in 2015, welcomed a son, Christopher “Wolfie” Woolf, in 2016, and split in 2018.
Mozzi is a British property developer. His father is an Italian aristocrat and Olympian, having competed in alpine skiing for Great Britain in the 1970s.
When Mozzi was just 23 years old, he founded the company Banda, a “multi-disciplinary property practice, covering property search and acquisition, development, project management, architecture and interior design all over the world,” according to its website. The company offers services in architecture, interior design, project management, and more.
He also runs the charity Cricket Builds Hope, which uses “cricket as a tool for positive social change in Rwanda.”
How did Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi meet Princess Beatrice?
Mozzi and York started dating at the end of 2018. However, they first met as teenagers through his mother’s marriage to Christopher Shale, a British politician who had ties to York’s family.
While it’s unclear how they ended up reconnecting, they were first rumored to be dating in November 2018, then went public with the relationship four months later. Mozzi proposed during a trip to Italy in September 2019.

Mozzi and York had a 2020 wedding planned, but canceled it amid the COVID-19 pandemic and wound up marrying in a private ceremony that July instead. The pair gave Wolfie half-siblings when they welcomed daughters Sienna, born in September 2021, and Athena, born in January 2025.
While there has been some speculation about the timeline of when Mozzi split from Huang and when he started dating York, Huang has always been publicly supportive of the relationship. “I wish the best for Edo and Beatrice and look forward to uniting our families,” she said when the couple announced their engagement.
Who has custody of Wolfie?
Mozzi and Huang share custody of Wolfie. He spends time with both of his parents, and York called it an “honor” to become Wolfie’s stepmother in a 2021 interview. A source also told People in 2019 that York had “embraced the child as part of her life from the outset.”

In a March 2024 interview with Harper’s Bazaar U.K., Huang opened up about coparenting. She told the outlet, “Wolfie has had two sets of parents trying to help him on both sides, and I just think … the more, the merrier. I feel lucky to have such positive people around him, who really embrace him — because it didn’t have to be so easy.”
While she and Mozzi were never married, she added, “I don’t understand people who are divorced and then hold their children as collateral. That doesn’t make any sense. It’s about creating a happy home and lifestyle.”
Wolfie has attended various royal events with his father and stepmother, but also pops up on his mother’s social media accounts and is seemingly close with both of his parents.
Is Dara Huang married now?
No, Huang is not married. Her last known relationship was with Filippos Kodellas de la Morena, an investor she dated after her split from Mozzi.
While the two kept their relationship private, they reportedly started dating in 2020. They split at some point before March 2025, which is when he announced his engagement to Sofia Marti Marti.
