This mirrored her current relationship with Ziad. She also explained, “Ziad and my ex, Mohammed, are both Muslim, but Mohammed was very conservative.”

According to Emma, during her “last trip to Morocco,” a year before she was with Ziad, Mohammed proposed in Marrakesh. She explained, “Last year, I flew to Morocco for the first time to meet Mohammed, and I was completely head over heels in love with him.”

She told viewers, “Mohammed and I had a lot of good times together, but the whole thing really ended horribly. I had been visiting him in Morocco, and we got engaged, but then when I was on the plane home to Los Angeles, something felt weird, so I went on Mohammed’s social media, and I messaged pretty much every single girl that he was following.
