Are ‘The Valley’s Michelle Saniei & Tom Schwartz Dating?
Michelle Saniei and Tom Schwartz are sparking romance rumors on Season 3 of The Valley. Tom joined the show as a full-time cast member in the Season 3 premiere and kicked off his reality television return by flirting with his newly single costar.
Not only did Tom call Michelle “gorgeous,” but they agreed during their conversation that they both still believe in love, despite having gone through divorces (he was previously married to Katie Maloney, while she settled her divorce from The Valley‘s Jesse Lally in 2025).

Are Michelle Saniei and Tom Schwartz dating?
No, Michelle and Tom may have had some “chemistry” on the show, but their friendship never blossomed into a romance. “We were just enjoying the moment,” Michelle explained to Swooon. “We were both going through a fun-spirited, open-minded thing, and we just got a little flirty.”
During filming of The Valley Season 3, Michelle was still in the process of finalizing her divorce from Jesse, while fresh on the heels of her split from boyfriend Aaron Nosler. Tom said that he, Michelle, and Lala Kent “found comfort and camaraderie” in each other since they were all fairly newly single.
“We were just dealing with some heavier stuff, even outside of our relationships,” he added. “We had this kind of light-hearted, cheeky little single squad for a minute.”
However, he made sure to clarify that he is currently in a relationship and not dating Michelle.
Who is Tom Schwartz’s girlfriend?
Tom’s girlfriend is Kiana Carroll, a model. They started dating in October 2025, and he revealed her identity at BravoCon the following month.
“We met a long time ago at a bar,” the Bravo star told us. “We were just friends for kind of a long time, probably longer than we’ve been dating. We were just friends – cordial, text each other once in a while, hang out. But just about six months ago, it kind of started evolving and becoming something more than just friends. We’ve just been living happily ever after since.”
He confirmed that Kiana will be appearing on The Valley this season. “It’s kind of cool falling in love in real time on camera,” he admitted. “She filmed sparingly, but she was a good sport about it, and she’s pretty candid. I love her. It was cool, and I’m excited to share it with the world. I’m a little protective of it because it’s so sacred, and I’m very happy right now, and I don’t want to screw it up.”
Are Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei back together?
No, Jesse and Michelle, who share one child, are not back together. They finalized their divorce in October 2025, two years after separating.
Jesse is currently in a relationship with Lacy Nicole, who also joined the Season 3 cast of The Valley.
“It’s a roller coaster,” Michelle admitted, regarding her relationship with her ex-husband. “There’s a lot of ups and downs. Jesse and I, for the most part, we have our custody agreement, we do well, we don’t have to talk a lot. But he’ll get angry, he’ll call me. We have our ups and downs. We get upset with each other over certain things, and I think it’s just part of learning how to coparent.”
