‘RHOBH’: Are Bozoma Saint John & Keely Watson Still Together?
Bozoma Saint John has been extremely open and vulnerable about her life since joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in Season 14. Now in her second season as a leading lady on the show, fans have gotten to know more about Bozoma’s love life, including her relationship with Keely Watson and the tragic loss of her late husband.
There have been many emotional moments as Boz and Keely shared their journey to starting a family together. A recent episode documented a failed round of in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Needless to say, Boz and Keely have been through their share of ups and downs.
So, where do they stand now? Scroll down for the latest on the relationship and more.
Is Bozoma Saint John still with Keely Watson?
Yes, Bozoma and Keely are still together. In fact, they are engaged. Keely popped the question in August 2025, and Bozoma accepted. They are currently in the process of planning two weddings, one in Ghana in August 2026 and one in Los Angeles in November 2026.
Boz and Keely met in 2023. They were introduced by his nephew, whose wife is an artist that Bozoma purchased a piece from. After Keely saw a photo of Boz posing with his nephew and the artist on Instagram, the RHOBH star caught his eye.
But when the nephew brought this up to Boz, she wasn’t onboard at first. “She said, ‘Do I look like I date uncles?’” Keely dished. “His wife, Harmonia, came in and said she’d want to meet this uncle. They did a bit of research on social, and Bozoma decided to let them set it up. My nephew put us on a group text and from there, the rest is history.”
Who is Keely Watson?
According to his Instagram bio, Keely is an “entrepreneur” who works in “business development.” He has worked as an executive surgical device representative for Medtronic in San Diego since 2011, per his LinkedIn.
Keely graduated from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln with a degree in marketing. He also has a few acting credits from the years 2000 to 2009.
Do Bozoma Saint John and Keely Watson have kids?
No, Bozoma and Keely do not have any children, although they are actively trying for a baby via IVF. “I’m still on the damn journey. I’m still taking my damn hormones,” she told The Daily Dish in April 2026, adding that she’s currently on her third round of IVF treatments. “We’re still going.”
However, she admitted that she knows she “can’t keep trying forever” and may have to “figure out something else” if she’s not able to carry a baby of her own. “I don’t know when this journey ends,” she added. “I don’t know how many times I can feel the loss. I don’t know how many times my heart can take it.”

Other possible options, though, are donor eggs or adoptions. “We just have to decide when we want to stop doing this,” she concluded. “Look, now I’ve been on these hormones for well over a year. It’s a long time.”
Boz is already a mother to a teenager daughter, Lael, from her previous marriage. Before Lael was born, she also experienced a pregnancy loss with her first daughter, Eve. Boz revealed on an episode of RHOBH that Eve “didn’t survive” when she went into labor at six and a half months pregnant due to high blood pressure from preeclampsia.
Keely does not have any children, but has been a source of support for his future wife. “He’s never been a parent before,” Bozoma pointed out. “You know, this is the first time he’s going through any of this. His fears and his concerns, we talk about all of that.”
What happened to Bozoma Saint John’s husband?
Bozoma was previously married to Peter Saint John, whom she met in 1999 when they were working in the same New York City building. Peter died in 2013 at the age of 44 after being diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Burkitt’s lymphoma.
Prior to Peter’s death, he and Boz had actually separated, but they were back together when he died. “We never got divorced,” Boz confirmed on RHOBH. “But then he got sick, and we reconciled. He had cancer and, you know, it’s complicated.”
