In 2023, the world fell in love with Ronald Gladden, the unsuspecting hero of Jury Duty, a reality-hoax sitcom in which one real person (Gladden) served on the jury of a fake trial, surrounded by actors. Now, three years later, the series has returned as Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat, featuring Norman, a real temporary employee at a fake family-run company, Rockin’ Grandma’s Hot Sauce.
After an emotional season finale, it was clear that Norman met, if not surpassed, the standard of kindness set by Gladden during Season 1. (Spoilers ahead!) Scroll to find out all about Anthony Norman’s life outside of being Rockin’ Grandma’s Hot Sauce’s only real employee, including information about his family and his son, ahead of the Company Retreat reunion, hosted by Season 1 star James Marsden.
Is Anthony Norman a dad?
Yes, Norman is a dad based in Nashville, as he said to Doug (Jerry Hauck) while trying to convince him not to sign Triukas’ contract for the sake of his employees. According to Norman, the full cast knew about his son, who is three years old. He explained to Variety, “It’s hard for me to not talk about my son. He’s my world.” At this time, Norman has kept most information about his son private.

Is Anthony Norman married?
No, it appears that Norman is not married and has joint custody of his son. This setup actually led to him applying for a temp position in the first place. He told Variety, “With my schedule with my son, I have a week-off, week-on schedule, so I’ve always been on the lookout for little jobs or gigs that I could make work in my schedule.”
What has Anthony Norman said about his family?
Norman has also revealed that he stayed in contact with his parents and son throughout filming. In discussing his calls home to his mom, Norman revealed, “It seemed just about every day I was just telling her, ‘You can’t even imagine what happened today.’ My mom actually called it. She was like, ‘Something’s off. Something is weird about what’s going on out there.'”
