‘In the City’: Is Eoin Heavey Still Married Amid Danielle Olivera Pregnancy?
Danielle Olivera is back on television for Bravo’s new show In the City, and her relationship with Eoin Heavey is already making headlines. It all started in the premiere episode when Amanda Batula revealed that Eoin was still legally married amid his romance with Danielle.
This matched up with an August 2025 blind item sent to Bravo & Cocktails, which alleged that Eoin’s marriage ended due to an “affair” with Danielle. The Bravo star, who is now expecting her first child with Eoin, has since addressed these allegations.

Is Eoin Heavey still married to his wife?
Yes, Eoin is seemingly still legally married to his wife, although they have been separated for more than a year. In an interview with Decider, Danielle explained why Eoin hasn’t gotten divorced yet.
“I asked him every question under the sun,” she affirmed. “I knew that he was still married, technically. Obviously, I was like, ‘The divorce, when is that going to happen?’ Unfortunately, it takes a six-month separation before New York state allows you to go ahead and file the divorce paperwork. A lot of people don’t know those things.”
While it has now been more than six months, Danielle and Eoin have not given an update on where his past relationship stands. Eoin’s ex has not been publicly identified.
Did Danielle Olivera and Eoin Heavey have an affair?
Despite speculation otherwise, Danielle has insisted that there was “no overlap” between her relationship with Eoin and his marriage. She told Decider that her partner is “not a cheater” and shut down the claims that she was a “homewrecker” in his previous relationship.
“Yes, he moved into a serious relationship after a serious relationship, but there’s nothing bad about it,” she added in an interview with Us Weekly. “There was no sneaking around.”
Danielle has maintained that Eoin and his wife were separated when she started dating him.
How did Danielle Olivera and Eoin Heavey meet?
Although Danielle and Eoin didn’t start dating until around April 2025, they’ve known each other for years.
“We both moved to New York around the same time, kind of after college, and we would have overlapped a little bit in regards to friend groups or parties back then. And we did meet back then,” Eoin told Bravo’s Daily Dish.
They lost touch when Eoin moved to Miami, but when he relocated back to New York at the beginning of 2025, they reconnected.
