Kim Zolciak and estranged husband Kroy Biermann are once again making headlines amid their contentious divorce. This time, it’s because Biermann was photographed kissing a woman named Jillian Green, who is in the midst of her own divorce from Zolciak’s boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz.
The PDA photos of Biermann and Green surfaced earlier this week after Green previously denied having a romantic relationship with Zolciak’s ex. “I don’t care. We don’t care. I’m just very worried about his little girls,” Zolciak told TMZ after Biermann and Green’s romance went public.

According to his LinkedIn, Mowitz is an “entrepreneur, founder, and value creator.” He is a board member for PleoPharma and SYNAPS Dx.
Mowitz owns several companies. In 2009, he founded Infinitus Energy, LLC, which is a “revolutionary company, focused on converting waste to recovered raw materials and energy.” He is the cofounder of U.S. Petroleum Partners and Imperium Blue and owner of Imperium Companies, which he started in 2008.

In court documents filed against Mowitz by Green, she claimed that he has a trust with $100 million in it and noted that his income is a “mystery,” per Us Weekly.
How did Kim Zolciak and Kyle Mowitz meet?
Zolciak and Mowitz started dating in spring 2025, according to TMZ. They reportedly met through a mutual friend, real estate agent Jenny Doyle, who allegedly also had a romantic relationship with Mowitz at one point.
In fall 2025, Green subpoenaed Zolciak amid her and Mowitz’s divorce, asking her to testify about gifts she received from Mowitz and other communication, according to docs obtained by Us Weekly. When Zolciak attempted to avoid being deposed, Green responded by asking for messages sent between Zolciak and Doyle.
“Ms. Doyle is or was Ms. Zolciak’s friend who was also involved in a relationship with [Mowitz],” Green claimed. “It was Ms. Doyle, we believe, who introduced Ms. Zolciak to [Mowitz].”

Mowitz and Green, who tied the knot in 2017, have two children. Meanwhile, Zolciak has adult daughters, Brielle Biermann and Ariana Biermann, from a past relationship, and shares four minor children (Kroy, Kash, Kaia, and Kane) with her estranged husband.
Biermann currently has primary physical custody of the minor children, while he and Zolciak share joint legal custody. Zolciak recently accused Biermann of not properly caring for the children and claimed they experience “mental and physical abuse” in his care, per People.
