Ryan Murphy is ready to crank up the heat in Honky Tonk Central with 9-1-1: Nashville. The brand-new ABC spinoff series is headed to Music City and debuts on October 9 after the premiere of 9-1-1 Season 9.

The 9-1-1: Nashville crew is full of familiar faces, especially if you’re a Grey’s Anatomy fan. Chris O’Donnell, aka Meredith’s love interest, Finn, plays Captain Don Hart. Don’s wife, Blythe, is played by Jessica Capshaw, who starred as the beloved Dr. Arizona Robbins for years on the medical drama.

There’s plenty of relationship drama to go around on 9-1-1: Nashville, but what about the real-life romances of the show’s stars? Some of the cast members have been married for decades to their significant others, while one of the hunky firemen just popped the question to his girlfriend this past summer. Scroll down to get an inside look at the real-life relationships and dating histories of the 9-1-1: Nashville cast.

“Our families have the same values and traditions, and I think that goes a long way because when the excitement and heat of romance wear off, those are the things you fall back on,” he told Redbook.
