We’d like to personally thank Nina Dobrev for giving readers our first behind-the-scenes look at the movie adaptation of Tessa Bailey’s It Happened One Summer.
On August 11, Dobrev posted an inside look at her camera roll while filming It Happened One Summer. The Vampire Diaries actress stars as Piper Bellinger, a wealthy wild child who gets cut off after ending up in jail following a night out. Sent to Westport, Washington, to fix up her late father’s dive bar with her sister, Hannah (Virginia Gardner), Piper quickly crosses paths with a hot yet grumpy local, Brendan (Tyler Hoechlin), and his best friend, Fox (Gavin Leatherwood).
