‘Love Island: All Stars’ Season 3: A Deep Dive Into the Cast’s Relationship History
It’s Love Island: All Stars season, which means that it’s time to brush up on all of the familiar faces reentering the villa for Season 3. The fact that everyone’s already been through the Love Island UK process once means that the drama is going to be even juicier. Some Islanders will be reunited with their villa exes. Others are headed back in with something to prove if their time was cut too short previously. In either case, ITV has already teased that Season 3 will “tie up all these loose ends.”
There are only a few days left until Love Island: All Stars premieres on ITV and Peacock, so if you want to optimize your viewing experience, you need to become reacquainted with the 12 returning Islanders. The Season 3 cast includes the likes of winners Millie Court and Jess Harding, as well as a number of other fan favorites. What do you need to remember about their past seasons? Jess Harding
Love Island UK Season: 10
Villa Ex: Sammy Root
Jess entered Season 10 as a Day 1 Islander, and she left a champion alongside her ex, Sammy (who also returned for All Stars Season 2, so it isn’t likely he’ll be back for Season 3). Both Jess and Sammy were in a few different couples before they got together, though they were still in the villa when they became official. They even said “I love you” before the season was over. However, the 25-year-old Londoner and Sammy broke up a few months after their season ended. They never got into the nitty gritty of their split, but Jess said on social media: “I really don’t want to go into detail by doing a big statement but we’re just very different and behave differently and that’s it.”
Jess had another boyfriend up until six months ago. “The last six months I’ve been partying, holidaying, working and just living life,” she said in an ITV press release. “Even though I ended up winning the series with Sammy, I felt like I had a bit of a rocky ride the first time and I feel like I’ve matured a lot more since. I was 22, now I’m 25, I feel like every situation I’ve been in since then has been a lesson in knowing what I want and don’t want. I really want to meet someone and settle down.”
Charlie Frederick
Love Island UK Season: 4
Villa Ex: None, but he has dated ex-Islanders Lucie Donlan and Arabella Chi off-screen.
Charlie, 31, who you might also recognize from Made in Chelsea, doesn’t have an extensive Love Island history. He was only in the villa for five days, during which he coupled up with Hayley Hughes. Outside the villa, though, he’s been involved with other ex-Islanders. He was briefly connected to Season 5’s Lucie, though it seems they have a bit of drama between them. He was also linked to All Stars Season 1’s Arabella. When she entered the villa the first time around, Charlie claimed they were still seeing each other, “completely disregarding [his] feelings and [their] relationship,” per his Instagram Stories, captured by Spin 1038.
“I’d like a fair crack at the whip!” Charlie told ITV when asked about why he wanted to come back. “The first time round, I was in there for five days and I really want to find someone… I won’t be as pally with the fellas and tell them when the girls are trying to talk to me! This time I’ll follow the path and not stop before I’ve even entertained it.”
Millie Court
Love Island UK Season: 7
Villa Ex: Liam Reardon
Millie and Liam won the first season after the pandemic, even though they had some trouble after Casa Amor. Liam had been unfaithful, which had many viewers doubting how genuine his reconciliation with Millie was. Still, they continued an on-and-off relationship until September 2025.
Now, Millie is ready to head back into the villa. “I felt really grateful to experience the Villa over four years ago – why would I not want to experience it again?” she told ITV. “I’m still the same person that I was four years ago; I’m going to stay true to myself as I did the first time, enjoy it, do a bit of flirting… it’s all going to be fun vibes.”
Jack Keating
Love Island UK Season: 8
Villa Ex: None
The son of pop star Ronan Keating, Jack is looking to spend more time in the Love Island world after only sticking around for four days during Season 8’s Casa Amor. The 26-year-old announced shortly after his stint on the show that he’d become a dad to a little girl, whom he shares with ex Keely Iqbal.
“I feel like I have to come back and redeem myself, my experience before was short and sweet, I was in there for four days and I didn’t couple up with anyone, so it didn’t really go to plan,” he told ITV. “The revenge tour is here! I’ve been single for a year now and I’m looking for love.”
Whitney Adebayo
Love Island UK Season: 10
Villa Ex: Lochan Nowacki
Whitney ended up coming in second place during her Season 10 run. The 28-year-old became a breakout star when she entered the villa as a bombshell, and now she’s ready for her comeback. “A new start and what better place than home? Back to the Villa! Last year was something… so a fresh start in the place that started it all for new memories and experiences,” she told ITV.
She stayed with Lochan for two years after the show, announcing their split in April 2025. At first, she said it was a case of “right person, wrong time,” later explaining that Lochan ended things. Things have gone downhill since. In August, Whitney claimed Lochan called her skin “dirty,” which he denied, according to CapitalFM. He said that he filed a lawsuit against his ex over “defamatory comments,” though she told The Mirror in January 2026 that it never reached court.
Ciaran Davies
Love Island UK Season: 11
Villa Ex: Nicole Samuel
Season 11’s Ciaran also wound up a runner-up, alongside Nicole. The 23-year-old Wales native had a fiery relationship with Nicole in the villa, and though they weren’t each others’ first partners, he remained sure that she was the one for him once they got together. Ciaran asked Nicole to be his girlfriend before the series’ end, exchanging “I love yous.” They broke up five months later, despite having already moved in together.
Now, Ciaran wants to find love again. “I’ve been single for just over a year now, I’m ready to settle down again,” he told ITV. “I’ve got no regrets from last series, but this time I’m going to be more open-minded and enjoy the experience for what it is. I’m going to be my authentic self. I’ve always been honest and whatever I’ve said or done I’ve always stood on business. If you don’t like me, then that’s up to you.”
Shaq Muhammad
Love Island UK Season: 9
Villa Ex: Tanya Manhenga
Shaq earned the fourth place spot alongside Tanya. They spent a year together post-show and announced their split on social media. It seems to have been amicable, since the two wished each other the best in their statements, per CapitalFM. Shaq later denied cheating rumors, though he confessed to “doing certain things that disrespected her boundaries” while in Miami.
“Last time I did find love but it didn’t work out,” Shaq told ITV. “This time round, I need to find a wife and give my mum some grandchildren! It worked last time so I feel like it could happen again hopefully! I’ll always be myself, but I think I’ll give everyone more of a chance rather than closing it off with someone so early and I’ll give myself a chance to immerse myself into the experience.”
Belle Hassan
Love Island UK Season: 5
Villa Ex: Anton Danyluk (who appeared in All Stars Season 1)
Belle, 27, shook things up as a Casa Amor bombshell in Season 5, coupling up with Anton before they were dumped from the villa. They split five weeks after leaving the show, though Anton has since reacted to Belle’s return to the franchise. (Check out his full statement on Instagram.)
Belle is hoping to find herself a husband this time around. “I’m sick of heartbreak and I’m ready to meet someone new,” she said to ITV. “Last time I was really just myself, so I’ll do that again. I’ll always be me and whatever happens, happens.”
Leanne Amaning
Love Island UK Season: 6
Villa Ex: Mike Boateng
Leanne spent a little over two weeks in the villa, where she formed a connect with Mike. A couple of other women caught his eye, so when it came time to recouple, Leanne was left single and was dumped from the villa. “I want to be open in the way that I should have been in Series 6 and the streets are the trenches, so this is the only way to find someone!” Leanne told ITV. “I think I’m older and wiser, six years to be precise! A lot changes, I know what I want now and I’m much more logical and level headed. I didn’t even know myself before but now I’m dating from a completely different perspective.”
Tommy Bradley
Love Island UK Season: 12
Villa Ex: Emily Moran, Lucy Quinn
The youngest and most recent Islander, Tommy coupled up with three different women before he was dumped from the villa a few weeks in. He regrets that he left Emily for Lucy after Casa Amor. “It was the first bump in the road for me which had consequences that I couldn’t resolve,” he explained. Tommy admitted that he kissed someone else shortly after the show, so he and Lucy decided to just be friends.
“I’m going to get to know more people. In the early days I was all eyes for one girl and I may have shut a lot of doors too early on,” he told ITV. “I’m going to be more open-minded and not fall for someone so quickly.”
He continued, “I saw some people saying Tommy’s the ‘fake nice boy’. I want to prove to people that I’m always myself. I’ll always do what I think is right. I don’t listen to what other people think I should do. I don’t do what will get me the most views, I always just stay true to myself.”
Sean Stone
Love Island UK Season: 11
Villa Ex: Matilda Draper
The 26-year-old Sean came in third place with Matilda, though they broke up only a few weeks after the finale. Sean explained that their busy schedules led to their split, according to CapitalFM. They remain on good terms, Matilda told Closer, and their relationship just didn’t work outside the villa. “Matilda and I felt like two strangers when we got back to the UK after leaving the villa,” he recently told ITV.
Sean remains hopeful that he’ll find a connection this time, per his ITV comments, since “everyone’s experienced Villa life.” He added, “It makes sense to share it with someone again. I like the fact that you can find someone from a completely different area and lifestyle – that’s quite
exciting… I’ll stick to my morals. I think I’ll pick and choose when to say my piece in a situation. If something doesn’t involve my business, I’ll keep my opinions to myself.”
Helena Ford
Love Island UK Season: 12
Villa Ex: Harry Cooksley
Another recent Islander is 29-year-old Helena, who made it 51 days before being dumped from the villa. Helena and Harry made their relationship exclusive, but then he ended things to couple up with Shakira Khan. “Apart from the last week in the Villa, I loved my time on Love Island,” Helena told ITV. “I want to do it again as it can only get better. Last time I was so upset about it not working out relationship wise, I hope that I can actually meet someone and stay together this time.”
She continued, “I’ve got to go for the nice boys and not go for the menaces. That’s where I went wrong last time. And probably just not go to the hideaway so much or talk about the hideaway as much as I did – my poor mum!”
