In Love Island GamesSeason 2, the contestants made it clear from the start whether they were after love or money. As franchise veterans who had already gone through the love-focused version of the show, quite a few Islanders kept their eyes on the prize rather than romance, though some of them considered the latter a bonus.
Out of 21 Islanders — which included alums like Justine Ndiba, Tyrique Hyde, Kendall Washington, Sydney Paight, and more — only two walked away with $125,000 in their pockets. However, not everyone left empty-handed. Though they might not have gotten what they came for, some contestants left the villa with a connection. In the case of the winners, they walked away with the cash and a budding romance.
So, who from Love Island Games Season 2 is still together? We have all the latest relationship updates below. Tell us your favorite Season 2 couple in the comments!

Lucinda Strafford & Isaiah Campbell
Status: Still Together
Lucinda and Isaiah didn’t put any labels on their relationship when they were crowned Love Island Games champs, but they were technically still together. Isaiah and Lucinda both confirmed that they were in it for love over money, and the former split the $250,000 prize with his partner.
During their post-victory chat, Ariana asked the couple what motivated them during the Mega Duel: love or money. “I think it was my family, friends, and you,” Lucinda said, addressing Isaiah.
We’ll have to wait and see how or if they pursue a long distance relationship, with Lucinda being from the U.K. and Isaiah being from the U.S. However, the two are still basking in their victory together. A couple of days after the finale, both Lucinda and Isaiah posted TikTok videos of each other. “Got me fluttering my eyes,” the latter captioned the video.

Justine Ndiba & Tyrique Hyde
Status: Still Together
Justine and Tyrique had a rocky journey in Season 2. After entering as a bombshell in Episode 3, Justine partnered with Josh Goldstein in what started as a friendship couple. Justine was getting to know Tyrique at the same time, but when it came time to recouple, Tyrique was hurt that she chose Josh. However, Josh wanted to be with someone else, so Tyrique and Justine ended up in a couple anyway. In retaliation, Tyrique made a plan to assure Justine that everything was fine between them and leave her at the next opportunity.
Ultimately, the plan didn’t pan out, and Tyrique and Justine stayed together until the end, when they came in at second place. Despite their dramatic beginnings, the two expressed interest in each other throughout. Upon their exit, Tyrique said they had a connection, but they weren’t putting any pressure on it. So, immediately post-villa, they’re together but not official.

Sydney Paight & Toby Aromolaran
Status: Split
Sydney and Toby started out strong, but toward the last few days, Toby began to doubt Sydney’s drive and ability as a competitor. He tried to leave Sydney and couple up with Garbi Denteh instead, which left Sydney blindsided. As a result, Sydney said they were just going to work together as teammates and nothing more.
A day after coming in third place in the finale, Sydney uploaded a TikTok photo of herself and Toby. She called him a “coworker” in the caption, and the audio she used said, “It must be so nice to be utterly useless 40 hours a week.” It’s a pretty clear indicator that they’ve split, but is there any chance of them rekindling their relationship? Only time will tell.

Johnny Middlebrooks & Gabby Allen
Status: Unclear
Johnny and Gabby made it clear from the start that they were a strategic couple, focused on the challenges rather than love. Still, they shared a few kisses and agreed to have some fun during filming. They left together in fourth place and didn’t mention anything about seeing each other in the future.
In fact, Johnny’s been spotted with his villa ex, Andreina Santos, immediately post-show instead. Some viewers screen-recorded a live video that Johnny and Andreina took together. (More on their history here.) Long story short, Johnny’s relationship status is unclear post-show.

Garbi Denteh & Kendall Washington
Status: Still Together
Kendall and Garbi coupled up on the first day, and remained together all the way until Kendall’s elimination. Kendall, who was on the show for love over money, told Swooon that he planned on discussing the future with Garbi, a Love Island Netherlands alum, as soon as she was out of the villa.
“We don’t want to put pressure on each other on anything,” he said on October 2. “We know we live in two different countries, which is tough, but I know we both like each other. We both like each other, and that’s why I’m eager to have that conversation with her.”
He added that their seven-year age difference might pose a problem, too, since they’re at different points in their lives. “But we said we could still work through things because we want the best for each other, and we really found something in there,” he said.

Andrea Carmona & Josh Goldstein
Status: Just Friends
Josh and Andrea were constantly being pulled in different directions in the villa, but they were a force to be reckoned with once they consistently teamed up for challenges. They expressed mutual interest in each other and performed well in the challenges, which led to their fellow Islanders targeting them. They were dumped from the villa together just shy of the finale.
When they appeared on Aftersun, Andrea explained that they decided to be just friends on the outside. Having just gotten out of another relationship before Love Island Games, Andrea didn’t want to move on too fast. She said it felt like it was a case of “right person, wrong time,” but the fact that they both live in Miami helps matters.

Chris Seeley & Kay Kay Gray
Status: Still Together (?)
Chris and Kay Kay were the first couple with a romantic connection to be dumped together. Shortly after their elimination, Swooon asked Chris and Kay Kay about their future.
“It’s comforting knowing we can go at our own pace, nobody’s forcing us or pressuring us to get closer or there’s just not so much intensity around it,” Kay Kay explained. “We can just do it how we want to do it, how we’re comfortable.”
Chris added that the next challenge was going into the real world together, especially since they live a few states apart. “I think once we figure all that out and figure out if we even really, really like each other to a point where we are willing to do that, then we’ll focus more on that and see what’s best going forward and determine whether I’ll be spending some time in Dallas versus her in L.A.,” Chris said.
Chris didn’t appear in the Season 2 finale alongside his other eliminated Islanders, though Kay Kay was in attendance. They also haven’t posted each other on social media since their exit, so the status of their relationship is unclear.
