The ladies of Married to Medicine are back for Season 12 — and so are their loves. As the cast members navigate their successful careers and families in the Bravo reality show, which airs new episodes on Sundays, they all have a special someone by their sides.

Many of the Married to Medicine stars have been married for decades, and they’ve been open about their love stories. Their relationships haven’t always been easy, but most have emerged from tough times stronger than ever.

As Season 12 continues, viewers will get new glimpses into the everyday lives of Dr. Jackie Walters, Dr. Simone Whitmore, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb, and Dr. Mimi Sanders. Friends this season include Dr. Heavenly Kimes, Brandi Milton, and Angel Love Davis.

Dr. Walter Scott Metcalfe

Dr. Contessa Metcalfe’s husband, Dr. Walter Scott Metcalfe, is a family practice physician in Georgia. He received his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. They have been married since 2006 and have three children: Lauren, Landon, and Laila.

“We’ve been married for 20 years,” she told TV Insider. “Some years are better than others. I think we needed to have this opportunity for him to see me put my foot down and say this is what I need.”

Steve Sanders

Steve Sanders has been married to Dr. Mimi Sanders since 2015. Steve is a former NFL player who once played for the Cleveland Browns.

Alongside Mimi, Steve co-founded the mental health clinic Inner Community Health. He is also the Regional Director of Nike Sports Camps. Steve and Mimi are a unite and balance their busy professional lives with raising their three children: Armier, Stevie, and Savannah.

Dr. Eugene Harris

Toya Bush-Harris’ husband, Dr. Eugene Harris, was an emergency medicine physician for 20 years before opening up Recharge Wellness. According to the company’s website, he helps people “reclaim vitality through personalized hormone replacement care, peptide therapy and weight-management programs.”

Toya and Bush have been married for 17 years. They have two sons, Ashton and Avery.

King

Now, Quad Webb isn’t married to King yet, but they are serious about their relationship. They don’t live together, but it works for them. “Sometimes he’s here, sometimes I’m there. It’s a very seamless relationship. There’s no pressure at all, and I really like that,” she said in the Season 12 premiere.

Quad and King are hoping to have a child together. The couple went public with their romance in 2024. Quad was previously married to Dr. Gregory Lunceford. They split in 2019 after six years of marriage.

Dr. Damon Kimes

While Dr. Heavenly Kimes is a dentist, her husband, Dr. Damon Kimes, is the owner of Roswell Pain and Weight Loss Specialists. He “brings more than a decade of experience in controlled substance management and advanced lumbar spinal injections to the practice.” He received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College.

The couple celebrated 28 years of marriage this year. Damon and Heavenly have three kids: Damon, Zachary, and Alaura. Heavenly’s husband will be supporting her every step of the way in 2026 as she runs for Congress in Georgia.

Chamar Milton

Brandi Milton is new to the Married to Medicine crew in Season 12. She’s married to Chamar Milton, who is a regional manager in medical device sales. They make quite a team and run three companies together.

Brandi and Chamar have been married for 10 years, but they’ve known each other since middle school. However, they didn’t start dating until college. “We went to [college] about an hour apart from each other. And we randomly saw each other, I think in the summer, like at a store or something. And he asked me out. We went out, and ever since then, we were kind of inseparable,” she told The Daily Dish.

Brandi and Chamar started in North Carolina but moved to Atlanta with their family. They have four kids: Cody, Aria, Emery, and Max.

Cecil Whitmore

Dr. Simone Whitmore is one of the original cast members of Married to Medicine. Through the years, Simone and her husband, Cecil, have weathered many storms together, including the possibility of divorce.

They emerged united and have been married for 29 years and counting. Simone and Cecil first met at Spelman and Morehouse College. Cecil is a real estate agent.

The couple’s two sons, Michael and Miles, have both graduated from college.

Curtis Berry

Original cast member Dr. Jackie Walters has been married to her husband, Curtis Berry, since 2002. Curtis is a former NBA player and now owns BW Properties.

The couple has faced difficult times in their marriage, including when Jackie planned to divorce Curtis after he cheated. They decided to work on their marriage and eventually reconciled. Curtis has a daughter, Kursten, from a previous marriage.
