Who does Rayna end up with on Nashville?

Rayna begins the show married to Teddy (Eric Close), but she’s unable to escape her past with Deacon (Charles Esten), who, unbeknownst to him, is the father of Rayna’s eldest daughter, Maddie (Lennon Stella). Deacon is the man Rayna ends up with before she dies.

The pair’s history is tarnished by Deacon’s drinking problem, but during Season 1, they reconcile. However, the relationship is blown up when Deacon finds out the paternity secret Rayna had been keeping from him. Although they’re able to maintain a friendship by Season 2, Rayna moves on romantically with country singer Luke Wheeler (Will Chase). Both men propose to her in the season finale, and she winds up choosing to marry Luke for a clean slate in Season 3.

Before they walk down the aisle, though, Rayna calls off the wedding, and she gets back together with Deacon amid his cancer diagnosis at the end of Season 3. The two finally tie the knot in Season 4 and are together until Rayna’s death in a car accident in the middle of Season 5.

She make a brief appearance in the series finale during a flashback to her wedding day with Deacon.

Who does Juliette end up with on Nashville?

Juliette was in a number of relationships throughout the show, but she always seemed to come back to Avery (Jonathan Jackson), which is who she ended up with.

Juliette and Avery develop a friendship in Season 1, which eventually turns romantic in Season 2. However, they split when he finds out she cheated on him. In Season 3, Juliette becomes pregnant with Avery’s baby, which leads them to tie the knot in a small wedding ceremony. However, when he begins to notice her troubling behavior after giving birth, he leaves town with their daughter.

Avery files for divorce in Season 4, leading to more mental health struggles for Juliette. The two are on amicable terms as coparents, although they’re still technically married, since Avery never filed for divorce. When Juliette gets in a plane crash at the end of the season and is left in a wheelchair, Avery is by her side for the rehabilitation in Season 5.

The final season begins with Juliette and Avery back together, but she’s still struggling, and when he takes her away for a weekend, she meets a “motivational speaker” who she believes can help turn her life around. Unknowingly, Juliette joins this man’s cult, severing ties with Avery and the life she knew. She eventually figures out what’s going on, learns she’s pregnant, and escapes, but by the time she returns home, Avery is in a new relationship.

He even goes as far as removing his wedding ring, but in the series finale, he reunites with Juliette and their daughter after she announces her intention to give up her career in the music industry.

Who does Deacon end up with on Nashville?

Deacon was obviously devastated after Rayna’s death. Although he briefly finds love again with Jessie (Kaitlin Doubleday) in Season 6, there are simply too many complications for their relationship to work, and he does not end the show with a love interest.

But Deacon still finds his happy ending. He reconnects with his father during the last season and ends the show in his happy place: performing on stage with the people he loves the most.

Gunnar’s storyline does not wrap up with a love interest. While he’s with Scarlett on-and-off throughout the show, he also has relationships with Zoey (Chaley Rose) and Erin (Scout Taylor-Compton).

In Season 6, he dates Alannah (Rainee Blake), who is in a band with him and Avery. The two split when Alannah and Avery pursue a romantic relationship before Avery ends things to be with Juliette.
