The Owning Manhattancast is completely focused on selling luxury homes, but the reality show makes sure to give viewers a work-life balance. While we watch Ryan Serhant, Chloe Tucker Caine, and the rest of the real estate team sell luxury listings to their wealthy clientele, we also get some insight into their lives outside of work. (We welcome both the personal and professional drama, thank you very much.)
In the way of relationships, Season 2 mostly revolves around Serhant and his wife, Emilia, who, despite speculation, the brokerage CEO is still married to. But the new episodes also delve into Tucker Caine’s return to work after the birth of her first child, the aftermath of the drama over Jade Shenke’s divorce, and more. So, which cast members are married? Who is single? What do we know about their partners? Keep reading for the full rundown.
The Serhants are still going strong in Season 2. Fans suspected something was up when Ryan lessened his social media posts about his wife, but his rep told Daily Mail that it was for “security” purposes.
“We are still very happily married! Celebrating 14 years together. And yes, she still puts up with me,” he told TMZ in February. The couple also shares one daughter, Zena, who was born in 2019.

Chloe Tucker Caine
Since 2021, Chloe Tucker Caine has been married to a British finance worker Leon Caine. He pops up in his wife’s Instagram posts often, as does their daughter. “We’re complete opposites,” she revealed to Today. “He’s logical and reserved, and I’m the complete opposite. We balance each other out.”
Chloe’s mom is actually responsible for her daughter’s romance, having taken over her dating apps in 2018 to find her a suitable match. Her mom arranged the date with Leon, and he found the catfishing scheme funny. “I saw him four times that week, and then we never were apart again,” she said.

Jade Shenker
It appears Jade Shenker is currently single. In Season 1, viewers saw her open up about her issues with her then-husband of five years, Matthew Denham, after she discovered that he cheated on her. They have since separated. Their breakup caused some friction between Jade and her best friend, Chloe.
“Since Season 1 aired, I did become not married again,” Jade told Realtor in December. “Technically, [we are] separated, but equivalent to divorce, so that was a really big journey. It was the first time that I had been single since being 19 years old, so going on the apps, going on dates was so interesting. It was so fun.”

Jessica Markowski tied the knot with her husband, entrepreneur David Weisburd, a few months before the Season 2 premiere. The couple “almost immediately bonded” when they met in Miami during the COVID-19 pandemic, per People. Jessica convinced her beau to move to New York City while she filmed the show.
“We’re both very excited to continue living our lives together,” she told People when they married. “We’re very close and best friends, and excited about spending the rest of our life together. We plan to start working on having a child soon as well which will be the biggest change for us!”
