Catching Up with ‘TODAY’ Hosts & Their Off-Air Loves: Meet Their Partners

From news and weather to entertainment, waking up with TODAY has been a TV institution since 1952. Doing more than just informing the nation, the anchors have become beloved figures to millions of viewers. Even when they’re not on the air, fans are invested in the personal lives of the onscreen hosts.
Savannah Guthrie , Hoda Kotb , and Al Roker will be in the living rooms of countless households nationwide as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade unfolds on November 28. They’ll comment on the floats and bring us right into the center of the New York City action.

Savannah Guthrie and Michael Feldman After Guthrie’s divorce from ex-husband Mark Orchard, she found love with Michael Feldman. The two met at his 40th birthday party in 2008. They married six years later in 2014 and now share two children: Vale and Charley.

Al Roker and Deborah Roberts The two journalists became friends in 1990, but it took them two years before they segued into romantic territory in 1992. Their romantic connection started when Roker filled Deborah Roberts ‘ fridge and left her flowers when he looked after her apartment during her work trip to the Barcelona Olympics.
Never looking back, the twosome stayed together and even got married at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Manhattan in 1995. Just three years later, they welcomed their first kid, Leila Ruth. In 2002, their son, Nicholas Albert.

Willie and Christina Geist Someone turn Willie and Christina Geist’s love story into a rom-com! Yes, it really is that cute.
After meeting each other in middle school, the two buddies decided to start dating in high school. They broke up during college, but the duo decided to get back together in the new millennium.
To celebrate their love, Geist asked his now-wife to marry him in the middle school homeroom where they had once gotten to know each other. A year later in 2003, they tied the knot. Taking a few years for themselves, they now have two children, Lucie Joy and George William.

Craig Melvin and Lindsay Czarniak Craig Melvin and Lindsay Czarniak had some reservations about heading into a relationship during the early days of their love connection. The two met at news station WRC-TV in Washington D.C. They didn’t necessarily want to be in a workplace romance, yet the feelings proved to be too strong.
Luckily for them, they didn’t let their doubts win. Tying the knot in 2011, Melvin and Czarniek have been married for over 13 years.
They have two children together: Delano and Sybil.

Laura Jarrett and Tony Balkissoon This smart couple has been happily married since 2012 after meeting during their time at Harvard Law School. Sharing two kids together, James Anthony and June Tahay, they have been able to find the right balance between hectic careers as well as an endearing family life. Their daughter’s name is a combo of both Laura Jarrett and Tony Balkissoon’s moms’ names.

Jenna Bush Hager and Henry Chase Hager Daughter of President George W. Bush , Jenna Bush Hager met her future husband on the campaign trail for her father’s second term in 2004. The two quickly hit it off. Henry Chase Hager was a staffer.
After only three months of dating, she proposed to him, yet he wasn’t ready for marriage. In 2007, it was his turn to pop the question, and the two wed in 2008 at a family estate in Texas.
They were initially introduced at a football game, and they have been an item for over two decades. They share three children: Mila, Poppy, and Hal.

Carson and Siri Daly Very open about their adoration for each other, it’s almost unimaginable to think that once upon a time this couple was secretive about their relationship.
They met on the set of Carson Daly ‘s 2005 show, Last Call With Carson Daly , and decided to keep their romance under wraps until they knew it was something serious. It sure proved to be a long-lasting bond. They’ve been together almost two decades.
The couple has welcomed four kids: Jackson, Etta, London, and Goldie. The item credits their long-lasting union partly to the decision to sleep in separate beds. To each their own!

Peter Alexander and Alison Starling After their first date, it took a few years before they actually got together. They reconnected on the East Coast after getting to know each other while working in Seattle. The Chief White House correspondent proposed to his wife in Paris. They celebrated their 10-year anniversary in 2022. Now situated in D.C., they have two daughters, Ava and Emma.

Dylan Dreyer and Brian Fichera While working as a meteorologist and cameraman at NBC’s Boston affiliate, the two fell in love while at the office. In October 2022, they tied the knot at The Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston, which was just a month after Dylan Dreyer started at Weekend Today .
Being open about their infertility issues, Dreyer and Brian Fichera have welcomed three children, Calvin, Oliver, and Rusty.

Sheinelle Jones and Uche Ojeh These two lovebirds have known each other for a long time! Sheinelle Jones met her future husband when she was a college tour guide.
While showing off Northwestern University to a bunch of high school seniors, Jones stumbled upon Uche Jones, whom she described as “polite and kind.”
After the initial meeting, they started dating, and the couple eventually got married in 2007. They are proud parents to three kids: Kayin and twins Uche and Clara.
