Team USA Men’s Hockey Relationships Guide: Who’s Married, Dating & More
The Team USA men’s hockey team is hoping to score gold medals at the 2026 Winter Olympics. While fans across the country cheer them on — they’ll face off against Sweden in the quarterfinals on February 18 — which players also have significant others showing their support? A significant portion of them, it turns out. Some of the players’ wives and girlfriends have even made their way to Milan to watch their beaus take the ice, and hopefully stand at the top of the podium.
Out of the 25 men that made the Olympic roster this year, twenty players have scored partners (otherwise known as WAGs in the world of professional hockey). While some players have married as recently as last year, others have already said “I do” years ago and have already expanded their families. Tage Thompson

Tage Thompson married his wife, Rachel, in 2021 after meeting in college. They’ve had three kids: Brooks Nathaniel (July 2022), Baker David (December 2023), and Indie Mae (July 2025).
In 2018, Rachel was diagnosed with chondrosarcoma, a rare type of cancer. The Buffalo Sabres player commended his wife’s positivity after her cancer diagnosis in an interview with NHLPA. “There will always be hurdles in life, but we can always count on one another to get through whatever it is,” Thompson said. Rachel is now cancer-free.
