‘The Golden Bachelorette’ Final Two: Should Joan Choose Chock or Guy? (POLL)

The first season of The Golden Bachelorette is coming to a close, and Joan Vassos must decide between insurance executive Chock Chapple and ER doctor Guy Gansert.

Luckily, she has two more final dates in the magical Tahiti to determine who she’ll enjoy her sunset years with. To make the choice just a smidge easier, she’ll also see the men interact with members of her family. As we all know, family is something Joan holds dear. The mother of four will most definitely take what they have to say to heart.

Yet, she experienced heartbreak in the last episode as Pascal Ibgui decided to leave. Not leaving the choice up to Joan about who to send home, the Frenchman revealed that he wasn’t there yet with The Golden Bachelorette lead. “I care about you as a friend, but I am not in love,” he said before adding, “I need that spark, and we just don’t have that.” 

Despite Pascal’s departure, Joan still has strong feelings for Chock and Guy. However, now she’s starting to doubt whether this process will actually lead to another great love.

The memory of her late husband, John, has made her hesitant about the future. Feelings of guilt started creeping up in her mind, but the thought of a bright future without any loneliness pushed her through it.

The question about who will make her the happiest remains. Will confident and headstrong Chock whisk her away to a Kansas retreat, or did Guy’s Lake Tahoe adventure make her fall in love with him? Both of them have confessed their strong feelings to Joan.
