Is Hannah From ‘Love Is Blind’ Single? She Reveals Her Relationship Status
Love Is Blind Season 7 contestant Hannah Jiles thought she had found love on Netflix’s hit dating show, but that didn’t pan out. After many explosive arguments, Hannah and Nick Dorka decided to break things off before heading to the altar.
Hannah and Nick made their decision to part ways the day she was supposed to try on wedding dresses. Despite their relationship failing, both are happy that their relationship didn’t progress any further. Hannah and her ex-fiancé haven’t spoken much since their time together, and Hannah is set on keeping it that way. When asked if she ever wanted to see or talk to him again, she responded quickly, “No.” And, yes, that’s all she had to say about that.
But has Hannah been dating since her split from Nick? Is she seeing anyone now? “I am single. I’m very single,” Hannah said.
Hannah opened up about her decision to not actively pursue a partner in the past year. “I was in a bad relationship,” she admitted. “But this past year, I’ve done a lot of work. I was like, ‘I don’t need boys to distract me.’ And so, yes, I’m single now.”
Always leading with honesty, Hannah explained why she felt like she needed some time before getting close romantically with another person again. She revealed, “I was like, ‘I’m gonna be absent. I’m not dating.’ I was just working on myself.” The 27-year-old Virginia native was happy with her decision after getting even more clarity from seeing herself on TV.
On that note, she did emphasize that she has grown as a person and that her last appearance at the reunion wasn’t an accurate representation of that. “When you see the show, and you’re like, she hasn’t changed. It’s like, well, it’s the reunion,” Hannah said, “It’s a heated thing. I’m not just going to sit there and be quiet.”
She did have one message about jump-starting her dating life again: “I’m ready today. But I took a long break.”
