Reba McEntire Shares Rare Glimpse of Date Night With Boyfriend Rex Linn
Reba McEntire is living her best life. She doesn’t often share photos and videos of her private life with boyfriend Rex Linn, but she made an exception after their fun night out earlier this week.
The country singer shared a goofy glimpse from her date night. Although the footage didn’t feature any PDA between the couple, Linn was spotted in the background while McEntire was front and center.
The pair’s evening took place at a bowling alley. The Happy’s Place star’s video was of her bowling with the message, “POV: you told your man you were good at bowling,” written across the clip. McEntire picked up her colorful bowling ball and prepared to take her turn with the help of an assistance ramp meant for children.

Even with the extra help, McEntire completely whiffed. “I always come prepared to strike!” she captioned the post, along with a winking emoji. Linn was watching on as she took her shot.
In January, the couple celebrated their five-year anniversary. McEntire shared a photo from their night out to celebrate and captioned it, “Celebrating five years of tater tots this week! #thetots #anniversary.”
Although the two have known each other since the early 1990s when they met on the set of The Gambler Returns: The Luck of the Draw, they didn’t connect romantically until McEntire guest-starred on Young Sheldon Season 3 (Linn has a recurring role on the sitcom).
“We kept in contact over the years, we both know the same people,” McEntire previously explained on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “So it was just like good friends getting back together and having dinner. Then we started texting and talking on the telephone and getting to know each other better during the quarantine.”
A few months after their Young Sheldon reunion, they started officially dating. They’re now working on Happy’s Place together.
