Sydney Sweeney Reunites With ‘Anyone But You’ Costar Glen Powell Amid Fiancé Split Rumors

Reports of Sydney Sweeney and her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, breaking up hit the news last week, and fans are already rallying for her to move on. The White Lotus Season 1 star has been in a private relationship with Davino for years. Often working alongside each other, the former couple produced the hit movie Anyone But You together.
As the press tour for Anyone But You was rolling out, audiences everywhere noticed the chemistry between leads Sweeney and Glen Powell. There were rumors at the time, but the leads stressed that they were just friends.
However, in the midst of her rumored breakup with Davino, Sweeney reunited with Powell in Texas. DeuxMoi revealed that they were recently spotted together at Park House in Dallas. Sweeney was in town to attend the wedding of Leslie Powell, who is the actor’s sister. (In Anyone But You, Sweeney and Powell’s characters cross paths again when her sister gets married.)
The actor’s sister worked on his Shakespeare-inspired rom-com with Sweeney. She was part of the music department. Sources claim that Sweeney was already confirmed to attend before her split from Davino became public knowledge and didn’t come as Powell’s date. Powell’s sister posted a sweet photo with Sweeney on her Instagram Story.
The site also mentioned that Sweeney and Powell were seen in Las Vegas at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in late February.
Sweeney referenced the rumors about her relationship with Powell as part of her monologue during her 2024 hosting stint on Saturday Night Live. She joked, “That’s obviously not true. Me and my fiancé produced the movie together, and he was there the entire shoot.” Sweeney continued, “And I just want to let everyone know that he’s the man of my dreams, and we’re still together, and stronger than ever.”
The 27-year-old added, “He even came here tonight to support me! Can we cut to him?” After that moment, the cameras didn’t focus on Davino, but instead cut to Powell, who was sitting in the audience with a wide smile.
