Are ‘Love Is Blind’ Season 3 Couple Matt Bolton & Colleen Reed Still Together?
Fans saw Matt Bolton and Colleen Reed‘s love story play out on Season 3 of Love Is Blind in 2022. They tied the knot at the end of the season, which was filmed the previous summer.
Now, it’s been nearly four years since their July 2021 wedding, and their lack of social media content together in recent months has some fans worried about the fate of their relationship. Are Bolton and Reed still together? Scroll down for everything we know about their marriage today.
Are Matt Bolton and Colleen Reed still together?
No. Bolton and Reed have broken up. The couple confirmed their split with a joint Instagram statement on May 23.
“We wanted to share something personal, and this is not easy to do, but after nearly four years together, we’ve decided to end our marriage and move forward on our own paths,” their statement began. “We’ve been separated for some time now and have being our best to work through everything privately and with care. This was an incredibly difficult decision, not one we made lightly. It came with a lot of thought and it’s been an emotional process for both of us. We met in the most unique and unexpected way, and we’ll always be grateful for the love and memories we’ve shared. There’s not one thing we would change and we continue to have deep respect and care for one another.” The Season 3 stars asked fans “for compassion as we navigate this transition.”
Ahead of the split announcement, Reed spoke about their relationship during an April 2025 interview with Us Weekly. “Oh gosh, we had so many challenges,” she admitted. “Of course, staying together, but also, I would say with all the audience and all the eyeballs is definitely the hardest to go through and all of the opinions and everything.”
While she noted that public scrutiny is “the biggest challenge” she and her husband have faced, she added, “Then, you have your own everyday challenges that you go through in a relationship and a marriage. With everything, it’s definitely a pressure cooker, so you just have to be strong with yourself and with your relationship.”
Are Matt Bolton and Colleen Reed living together?
It took Bolton and Reed two years to move in with each other after their 2021 wedding, which previously led to speculation that there was trouble in their romance. However, the two reiterated that they were only putting off cohabitating because they were waiting for their respective leases to be up. They moved into their Dallas, Texas, home in June 2023.

“It was actually a very easy transition,” Reed said in her Us Weekly interview. “I always thought that the first year moving in with a boy would be a struggle, but no, it was really easy.”
Of their decision to wait before living together, Reed previously explained, “To kind of adapt to now living with someone, it takes a while. It takes a second, and both of us didn’t want to rush changing that, all of a sudden expediting that for other people.”
Do Matt Bolton and Colleen Reed have kids?
The former couple didn’t have any kids together.
Before their breakup, babies had been on the horizon, according to Reed. “I actually have a ton of baby fever,” she said, adding that seeing Season 3 costars Alexa Lemieux and Brennon Lemieux‘s baby, Vienna, often sparks her desire to have a child of her own.
“I think [Matt] definitely wants a bunch of kids, but he doesn’t really necessarily know what it takes,” she continued. “I would say I would have the most baby fever [out of the two of us.]”
