Al Robertson, the eldest of Phil Robertson and Kay Robertson‘s four sons, met his wife Lisa Robertson in high school. They first crossed paths in a McDonald’s parking lot when he was 17 and she was 15, then went on to tie the knot in 1984.
After spending 22 years working as a pastor, Al returned to his family’s business at Duck Commander around the same time that Duck Dynasty became a popular reality show. Are Al and Lisa Robertson still together?
Yes, Al and Lisa are still together today. Although they’re not featured in Season 1 of The Revival, they’ve kept fans updated on their relationship via social media posts.
In a February Instagram upload, Al referred to Lisa as his “lovely bride” after more than 40 years of marriage. “Who wore the 70s better, me or me?” he wrote, referencing the costumes they were wearing in the photo. “I’m on cloud 9 with my lovely bride @lisarobertson1984 at the @wfrchurchmarriage retreat.”

Lisa had similar sentiments when paying tribute to Al for Valentine’s Day. “Happy Valentine’s Day to my one. True. Love!” she gushed.
Did Lisa Robertson cheat on Al Robertson?
Despite things going smoothly in their marriage these days, the couple was once rocked by a cheating scandal in the late 1990s. They first faced issues when Lisa was involved in an emotional affair at work in 1989.
“Lisa had become emotionally involved in an inappropriate relationship with a man she met through work,” the couple shared on their website. “She clarifies that the relationship was never sexual, although it did become romantic.” In one of their books, Al opened up about his decision to forgive Lisa, but said their marriage struggled for the next several years.
In 1999, Lisa was “caught up in a full-blown affair” after being contact by an old boyfriend at work. Al used “cell phone records to piece together the truth” after becoming suspicious that his wife was seeing someone. The two temporarily separated and began working with a counselor, which led them to renew their vows that December.
