Ioan Gruffudd & Wife Bianca Wallace Make Rare Appearance at ‘Fantastic Four’ Premiere

In honor of Marvel’s first family heading back into theaters, Ioan Gruffudd stepped out with his wife, Bianca Wallace, for the Fantastic Four: First Steps premiere.
Gruffudd starred as Reed Richards in 2005’s Fantastic Four, which turned 20 years old earlier this month, but that’s not the only thing that made the couple’s date night special. It’s also their first red carpet appearance since their baby announcement.
The 51-year-old actor, clad in a black suit, placed his hand over his wife’s belly as they posed for photos on July 21. “Bumps first carpet,” Wallace, who donned a strapless grey dress, captioned an Instagram Story later that evening.
A little over a month ago, the couple took to Instagram to share that their family was growing by one more. On June 14, Gruffudd posted a photo of himself kneeling down to kiss his 21-year-old wife’s bump. “Baby Gruffudd poppin’ out to say hello!” Wallace wrote in the caption.

The announcement came a few months after they tied the knot. The expecting parents revealed that they got married on April 25, after about a year of engagement and a little over two years of dating. “Marriage now, wedding later,” Wallace captioned a video of their ceremony.
Their romance began before Gruffudd’s divorce was finalized in 2023. The actor married Alice Evans in 2007, and they had two children together: Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11. The Titanic star separated from Evans in 2021, obtaining a three-year domestic violence restraining order against her the following year. Next, Ella filed a restraining order against her dad and Wallace, which was dismissed by a judge.
Gruffudd is still locked in another legal battle with his ex. On the same day he hit the red carpet with Wallace, People reported that Evans asked the court to increase her ex’s child and spousal support payment. He currently pays $4,500 a month, but Evans claims she can’t afford the rent on the Los Angeles home she shares with her children. She also alleges that they were evicted.
In response, Gruffudd contends that his ex-wife is crafting a false narrative about him to get more money. Further, he said Evans “purposely got herself evicted” and was “intentionally ceasing paying rent and instead taking the children on a vacation trip to Europe.”
