Are ‘Too Hot to Handle: Italy’s Ibiza & Daniele Still Together?
The internet has a new reality TV couple to obsess over: Evissia Ibiza Altea and Daniele Iaia.
The Too Hot to Handle: Italy stars became fan-favorites shortly after the Season 1 premiered on July 18. Like the U.S. version, the reality show puts a group of singles in close quarters, and the only catch is that they can’t cross any physical lines with each other. The goal is that the contestants form real emotional connections (and possibly a cash prize).
Daniele and Ibiza ended the show in a good place. In the finale episode, the latter revealed that she had a four-year-old son, and though Daniele was initially shocked, he remained committed to his partner. “I’m not saying I’m falling in love, but maybe I’m starting to,” Ibiza said after their date.

Are Ibiza and Daniele still together?
Long story short, Ibiza and Daniele’s relationship status is unclear. On social media, they kept things under wraps between filming and the show’s premiere. As of now, they don’t follow each other on Instagram. Ibiza remained cryptic about her love life in a February 2025 post. She shared a photo of a love note someone had written: “For my Valentine. I love you.” The letter was signed, “Your love.”
The stars were pictured together in a July 22 post, seemingly attending dinner with fellow former contestants Carlotta Cocins and Alessandro Varsi.

Ibiza hosted an Instagram Q&A on July 24, and according to fans, she didn’t explicitly say that she and her costar are still together. However, during the livestream, she wore the necklace that Daniele gave her during the finale episode. Ibiza also said she was “in love,” as reported by fans that translated the Q&A from Italian to English.

Daniele noted that the season was filmed two years ago in an interview, so there’s been a lot of time for a relationship to flourish or flounder.

After he was determined to have had the most personal growth from the experience, Daniele came out on top, walking away with €62,000 of the prize money. (It was reduced from €100,000 due to rule violations.)
