‘Ready to Love’ Season 10 Sneak Peek: Rose Learns Surprising Detail About Husieen (VIDEO)
OWN’s Ready to Love: Philadelphia Season 10 is back in full swing as the singles search for love in the City of Brotherly Love. In Swooon‘s exclusive preview of the August 8 episode, Rose is trying to get a read on Husieen, a 42-year-old Adidas visuals manager, and figure out if they’re aligned in their values and how they approach relationships.
Rose, a 37-year-old inside sales rep and hairstylist, doesn’t hold back in bringing up the tough questions to Husieen’s friends. She asks them what they think Husieen could do differently in his love life to avoid repeating past mistakes. “I think Husieen loves hard and fast,” one of his friends admits.
That’s actually the kind of thing Rose wants to hear about Husieen. “I love that because that’s one of my issues,” she says. Rose doesn’t see falling in love quickly as a bad thing. She wants someone who loves the same way she loves.
In a confessional, Rose adds, “I like their response because I’m someone that, when I’m in a relationship, I love hard, and I do have a tendency of falling fast, so that’s good for somebody like me.”
She explains to Husieen’s friends that she’s “never met a man that fell as hard as I did.” Despite any struggles she’s had in the past, Rose isn’t giving up on finding love. “I’m a hopeless romantic. I love love,” she says.
The second half of Season 10 features six bachelors and seven bachelorettes facing new romantic developments, unexpected rivalries, and deeper emotional journeys. The hit OWN dating series will celebrate its 150th episode next month. Season 10 will end with a two-part reunion, airing September 19 and 26. The second episode of the reunion marks Ready to Love’s 150th episode.
