Taylor Swift Confirms She’ll Appear on Travis Kelce’s Podcast: Will She Announce TS12?
Salt air, the rust on your door, Travis Kelce‘s Instagram feed hard-launch, and now this? “August” really is the best month to be a Swiftie.
On August 11, Travis and Jason Kelce teased the next episode of their podcast New Heights, leading fans to believe that the younger Kelce brother’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, will finally make her first appearance on their show. Let’s just say, when it comes to Swift’s New Heights debut, fans have been “Ready for It…” for quite some time.
In New Heights’ promotional photo for their August 13 (yes, 13!) episode, the Kelce brothers can be seen wearing Taylor Swift merch. Between them is a silhouette of their “VERY special guest” that looks eerily similar to Swift’s Eras Tour promotional photos from the Midnights era. As one fan on Instagram put it, “If not Taylor, why Taylor shaped?” Another defended the Kelce brothers, cheering, “And you KNOW they wouldn’t Taybait 🧡 OMG ITS HAPPENING!!!!”

Twelve hours after their original post — yes, another 12! — New Heights officially announced that Swift would be their next guest by posting an Instagram reel with the pop star. In the video, Swift sits beside Kelce and compliments his sweatshirt. There she says (in orange subtitles), “Such a nice color on you,” to which Kelce responds, “Yes, I know it’s the color of your eyes, sweetie. It’s why we match so well.” At the end of their sneak peek, Swift exclaims, “We’re about to do a f**king podcast!”

This teaser comes after months of speculation that Swift’s next album would not be a rerecording of either her debut album or reputation, but instead, she would be ushering in a brand-new era altogether. After this teaser, we’re saying put your clown wigs on to Karma and Woodvale truthers alike, because the TS12 writing is most certainly on the wall.
Don’t believe us? The Kelce brothers’ sparkly orange teaser was conveniently posted at the same time as Taylor Nation’s cryptic Eras Tour throwback post, captioned, “Thinking about when she said ‘See you next era…’ ❤️🔥” The real hole in the fence? The Kelce brothers commented, “Ready for it!!!!!!” on the Taylor Nation post.
