Prime Video sure does love a romance book adaptation and a love triangle, and Love Me Love Me has them both. For those who loved the first movie, we have a significant update on the status of Love Me Love Me 2.
The Italian private-school-set, English-language movie, based on a Wattpad story-turned-novel by Stefania S., introduced viewers to June’s (Mia Jenkins) tumultuous love life. The cliffhanger ending left plenty of fans hoping for another installment.
They got their wish a few weeks after Love Me Love Me‘s debut — conveniently around the same time that the second book was translated from Italian to English. We’re sure you’re eager to find out who June ends up with out of best friends James (Pepe Barroso Silva) and Will (Luca Melucci). We do know that the sequel movie will likely adapt Love Me, Love Me: Polar Opposites. There could be a total of four movies if Love Me Love Me continues to be a hit. Stefania S.’s Love Me Love Me 3: Endless Love and Love Me Love Me 4: Still Together are only available in Italian, though, so English-speakers will have to wait to devour the story in full.

You probably guessed from the sequel announcement video, but all three leads will reprise their roles. Andrea Guo (Amelia), Michelangelo Vizzini (Blaze), Madior Fall (Jackson), and Vanessa Donghi (Ari) will return. Behind the camera, Roger Kumble will once again direct.
