Are Kim Buike & Faith Martin Still Together After ‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Elimination?

Kim Buike and Faith Martin were the next couple sent home on Season 10 of Bachelor in Paradise. During the Monday, August 11, episode, the men had the roses, and the remaining cast members had to vote for which guy wouldn’t get a rose to hand out.
In the end, it was Kim who received the most votes, and since he was coupled up with Faith, they were eliminated. Scroll down for everything we know about their elimination and what we know about where they stand now.
Are Kim Buike and Faith Martin still together?
Kim and Faith have not officially confirmed where they stand romantically today. However, when they left the show, they were hopeful that things would work out.
“This has been an amazing experience,” Kim said. “Faith is a wonderful lady. I’ve obviously enjoyed getting to know her, and we’ve both agreed that we’ve already established a very strong connection, and we’ll work on it outside of here.”
Faith added, “I’m leaving with personal growth, always. It’s been such a journey being open to finding out more about Kim and then finding out, ‘Wow, He’s really a remarkable person,’ and realizing what a catch he is. The quality of person that he is is absolutely amazing.”
Kim and Faith are also both from Washington state, so it’s certainly promising. The day after their elimination aired, Kim shared a fan edit of his love story with Faith on Instagram and commented, “So many sweet moments and memories!”
Why were Kim Buike and Faith Martin eliminated?
The pair’s elimination came after Kim suffered a bit of a health issue earlier in the week. He explained to Faith that he was having “weird heart s**t.” An EKG determined that the retired Navy captain’s heart rate was “not regular” and “completely erratic” with “extra beats.”
However, a second test the following day showed that things “looked a lot better.” Kim was advised to wear a heart monitor to track his heart rate after that, but assured Faith that he was fine.
Still, many of the younger contestants, who were having trouble deciding who to vote for, used Kim’s medical problems as an excuse to send him home. Others also felt that his connection with Faith wasn’t genuine because he had also previously pursued both Leslie Fhima and April Kirkwood on the beach.
Now, only one Golden couple remains on the show: Kathy Swarts and Keith Gordon. The two have made it clear that their relationship is platonic, but Kathy has also pointed out that love at their age comes in many different forms, which is why she’s interested in still spending time with Keith in Costa Rica.
