‘When Calls the Heart’ Stars Spill Steamy Season 13 Scoop: A Romantic Kiss & More
The When Calls the Heart cast came together to celebrate with fans at the annual Hearties Family Reunion, and they were able to tease some very exciting developments in the upcoming 13th season. Get ready to swoon like never before!
During a cast panel, When Calls the Heart stars Jack Wagner and Chris McNally were able to spill some scoop regarding Bill Avery and Lucas Bouchard’s journeys in Season 13. They couldn’t give too much away due to protecting spoilers, but what they did reveal was enough to hold us over until the new season premieres in 2026.
If you were a fan of Bill Avery’s burgeoning romance with Georgie McGill (Melissa George), you’re in luck. “We kiss again,” Wagner teased on the panel. George reposted Wagner’s video talking about Bill and Georgie’s romantic smooch on her Instagram Story.
Fellow costar McNally appeared to be discussing Lucas’ developing slow burn relationship with Edie (Miranda MacDougall). He noted on the panel that “stakes get a little bit higher as they battle their own personal experiences and situations and the things that brought each to this point in life and this place in life.” He added, “We make significant strides forward with each season in terms of their relationship.”
For the Team Lucas girlies, you’ll be getting a treat in Season 13. “There’s a scene we did this season that also required some sort of physicality, and I said, ‘You know what? We’re taking it a step further…'” McNally began, before adding, “‘We’re going to remove the vest.'” Gasp! “So, look out,” he quipped. The crowd was very happy about that little tease.
Obviously, we don’t know the context of the vest removal, but we’ll be swooning no matter what! Needless to say, When Calls the Heart is turning the heat up a notch in Season 13.
