’The Bachelor’s Daisy Kent Gives Relationship Update After Moving In With Boyfriend

It’s been more than six months since Daisy Kent moved in with boyfriend Thor Herbst, which means they’ve had plenty of time to start to get a feel for what it’s like to cohabitate. The Bachelor alum recently gave an update on her relationship now that she’s living with her college sweetheart.
Kent and Herbst dated while they were students at San Diego State University in 2020 and reconnected after she was Joey Graziadei‘s runner-up on The Bachelor in 2024.
Of living with her man, Kent told People, “I’m probably the one who has more nasty habits. I’m messy, but I’m clean. Do you know what I mean?”
She also added, “I think he’s just somebody … he’s so kind and caring towards everyone and there’s not anything that he wouldn’t do for other people.”
Kent moved from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to be with Herbst earlier this year. Of their past relationship, she revealed on the Scrubbing In podcast in May 2024, “We didn’t date for very long, but we were always really good friends after, and our whole college friend group is super close.” She also confirmed that Herbst was the one to reach out when they reconnected.
Graziadei chose Kelsey Anderson over Kent during the Season 28 finale of The Bachelor, which filmed in the fall of 2023 and finished airing in March 2024. The final couple is still engaged nearly two years later.
Kent and Anderson made history on The Bachelor when they arrived at the final rose ceremony together. Kent admitted that she knew Graziadei wasn’t going to choose her even before he revealed his decision. She left the show on her own terms after having a conversation with him on the beach.
“It was honestly … it was really great for me to watch because it was kind of validating in the fact that. like, I knew it and I like, saw it,” Kent explained during their season’s live reunion show. As she told Graziadei at the final rose ceremony, “The thing is, you’re not going to chose me. The last couple days, I realized that, you know, you’re not my person and I know that you know I’m not. And as much as that hurts, I know you said you want the best for me, so I’m going to do what’s best for me and I’m going to go.”
