The claws are coming out during the Women Tell All special on Season 2 of The Golden Bachelor. Fifteen ladies from Mel Owens‘ season will gather with host Jesse Palmer to discuss all of the biggest moments from the show so far — and there will be many heated moments.
In Swooon‘s exclusive preview of the Wednesday, October 29, episode, Debbie Siebers doesn’t shy away from calling out Nicolle Briscoe for her behavior on the show.
“One thing’s for sure, I know when you get 23 women in the Bachelor mansion, there’s bound to be some tension,” Palmer begins. “So, Nicolle, I want to ask you … was that you just being you, or was there some strategy being played as well?”
Nicolle rubbed many of the women in the house the wrong way, especially with her comments about using the show as a way to build her online presence as an influencer. However, she insists that she was just being herself. “I was kind of the trailblazer of the show,” she adds. “I set the bar for competition, and they just had to step it up. I also want to say that I want to empower women in their 60s and 60s and 70s. Whether your age starts with a 6, 7, 8, 9 … whatever.”
It was the latter part of her response that irked Debbie. “I want to address the empowering women thing because you did not empower us. You dismissed us,” the fitness instructor replies.
“You dismissed so many women,” Debbie adds. “When I saw that you were really on here to be an influencer … the bottom line is this: If you want to be an influencer, you’re not going to be if nobody likes you.”
The episode will feature the women addressing each other, as well as Owens, concluding with a sneak peek of his trip to Antigua with his final two: Peg Munson and Cindy Cullers.
