When it comes to whether Jordan for The Bachelor is even a viable option, our verdict is absolutely. After all, now that Bachelor Nation leads Clayton Echard and Rachel Recchia have made their Netflix debut on Perfect Match, in our opinion, it’s only fair that Netflix trades at least one of their reality stars back to the ABC franchise.
The Bachelor has already made it clear that they are looking for a Season 30 lead who comes from outside of Bachelor Nation. While fans thought that the Bachelor 30 lead would be announced on Call Her Daddy back in September, Alex Cooper shocked everyone by revealing that The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Taylor Frankie Paul was the next Bachelorette instead. This tells us two things: Bachelor Nation is considering reality TV stars from outside the franchise as potential leads, and they still haven’t found their perfect Season 30 Bachelor.
It’s also important to note that The Bachelor is not afraid to make a single parent their lead. Taylo, Jason Mesnick, Juan Pablo Galavis, and many more have handed out roses with one or more kids back home. On the other hand, we haven’t seen a Bachelor who drinks handcrafted chicken smoothies, but we’re sure they can make an exception for the Love Is Blind lad.
