Ahead of the finale, Cindy confronted Mel about his “hesitancy” to commit after his divorce. “Maybe he doesn’t want to get hurt,” she said. “Mel is a reserved man. He keeps things close to his chest. But it’s not the time to seize up. I’m wondering, is it me? Is it maybe he has a tighter relationship with Peg? Or if, maybe, that’s just who he is. I’ve been vulnerable, and I want to feel that my partner is excited to move forward with me and share their life with me. I just don’t know what’s holding him back.”

What does Cindy Cullers do for a living?
Cindy is a retired biomedical engineer who worked in medical aesthetic sales. After working in sales in the early 90s, Cindy took years off from the workforce to start a family. She returned in 2015 as a sales specialist for Allergen, according to LinkedIn.
Cindy went on to work at Suneva Medical from 2017 to 2020, then as an aesthetic consultant at Revance Therapeutics, Inc., before retiring in May 2025. She is now a self-employed consultant.

Who is Cindy Cullers’ ex-husband?
Cindy was previously married to Marc Cullers. She revealed on The Golden Bachelor that she’d been divorced for seven years, which puts their split at some point in 2018.
“I married him because I come from a broken home,” Cindy explained. “Mom and dad split up. My dad was an awful person. [Marc] and I got married, and I knew the most important thing for me was he had to be family-oriented because my family is everything. I wanted to have kids. I never wanted them to go through a divorce like I went through. So I married him primarily for that.”
It took Cindy 20 years before she realized “the marriage wasn’t what I thought it was.” She spent three years going back and forth about whether she should leave her husband and called that time in her life “miserable.”
Since 2021, Marc has worked as a senior solution sales executive in customer service management at ServiceNow, per his LinkedIn. He has held a number of sales jobs over the years.
“I help companies transform their Customer Support and Engagement operations to make work, work for them and their customers,” his LinkedIn bio says.
