On January 11, Bachelor in Paradise star Dale Moss, who recently split from his Paradise connection, Kat Izzo, posted an Instagram reel with Kelley Flanagan, who appeared on Peter Weber‘s season of The Bachelor, sparking rumors of a possible new romance.
While Dale and Kelley could have been the first Bachelor couple of 2026, the Bachelor in Paradise star quickly “deaded” the rumors (for now) in the most hilarious way. As one fan put it, “Came for the comments. Stayed for the Dale responses. 😂👏.”

It’s safe to say that Dale and Kelley are just friends. The duo posted a video on social media, where Kelley took Dale to a matcha cafe and he tried matcha for the first time. While Dale and Kelley were a surprising duo, the Bachelor stars had a ton of chemistry, leading fans to take to Dale’s comments, asking if their matcha “date” was a hard launch. Dale’s response? “For me drinking Matcha yeah.” Turns out, Dale’s giving matcha the two-on-one date rose.

What has Dale Moss said about dating Kelley Flanagan?
Of course, Dale didn’t stop there. Instead, he responded to nearly every comment on the video, revealing more about his newfound love for matcha and his respect for women. When one commenter wrote, “Isn’t that Peter’s Kelly??” Dale swiftly wrote back, “I feel like it’s Kelley’s Kelley.” Another teased, “Can you tell Kelley to post this so I can like it,” to which Dale responded, “I don’t tell strong independent women what to do. My sisters taught me that silly.”
As for their relationship status, Dale confirmed that he and Kelley are not “together,” writing, “no I’m in bed…idk where she’s at I don’t have her location on find my friends.” Even so, one fan warned Kelley to “run” because “he’ll dump her too.” Dale set the record straight there too, responding, “she typically bikes but it’s good because it’s faster.”
