Who is Olly Atkins?
Oliver “Olly” Atkins is a 23-year-old actor, writer, and producer who plays Freddie O’Connell in Finding Her Edge. Fans may also know him from Percy Jackson and the Olympians. Ahead of the Season 2 premiere, fans were eager to find out who Atkins would play on the beloved series, theorizing he could be Apollo or Ganymede, since most of the cast and the official Percy Jackson Instagram page had followed him.

Who does Olly Atkins play in Finding Her Edge?
Atkins plays Adriana’s first skating partner, who returns to Russo Rink at the start of Season 1. Netflix writes, “Freddie is sincere, stoic, and kind. He was totally blindsided when Adriana stopped skating with him, suddenly cutting him out of a family he felt was his own. But upon returning to Russo Rink, Freddie can’t fight the feelings of attraction and deep love for Adriana.”
During an exclusive interview, Atkins told Swooon, “For a long time, Freddie doesn’t really want to admit that he’s still super in love with Adriana, but he definitely is. I think it’s a struggle to see her and Brayden together.”
What else is Olly Atkins in?
Before Finding Her Edge, Atkins appeared as Rogue Demigod Auggie in Percy Jackson and the Olympians, a character revealed during the second season. He also appeared as Micah in The 5-Year Christmas Party and is set to portray James in The Casket Girls.
