Let’s take a moment to get to know Connor Spies — or just “Spies,” as his friends and fellow castmates call him — from Love Is Blind Season 10. He’s a yapper like the rest of us, and he’s quick to make connections in the pods… several connections, in fact. Yep, we’ve got another love triangle brewing.

Who is Connor Spies?
Short answer: Connor is a 32-year-old account manager — and yes, he’s a Pisces.
Long answer: Connor is family-oriented and loves keeping up traditions, like his annual summer pilgrimage to Grandpa’s Cheesebarn. Starting a family is a top priority for him. “I know I’m gonna be a good father,” he said. “I want little me’s running around and to teach them soccer.” This focus on family is one of the main ways he formed connections in the pods.
Connor is also very particular — he makes a point to clarify that he’s “5’11 and three-fourths” (don’t forget the three-fourths, people). And yes, he’s got good taste in music, too: He loves “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers. Could that be his future wedding song?
Who did Connor date in the pods?
Connor’s mom sent him into the pods with one key piece of advice: “Listen first.” Helpful, right? Especially since Connor has a tendency to… well, ramble — something we see a lot in the pods. Still, he nearly managed to form some solid connections… maybe a few too many.

He quickly found himself torn between Emma Betsinger and Bri McNees. It’s an interesting dynamic: Bri is two years older than him, while Emma is four years younger. Both women are smart, kind, and yes — stunning (though Connor doesn’t know that yet).
Ultimately, Bri and Connor decided to let go of their other connections — Bri was still seeing Chris Fusco at the time — and focus on each other. Their bond is rooted in shared family values and a mutual desire to have kids, especially as Emma is still figuring that out. Bri even described herself as wanting to be a “soccer mom,” and Connor was hooked. He didn’t hesitate to offer to drive the minivan for her.
Did Connor get engaged?
After zoning in on each other, it didn’t take long for Connor to pop the question. Bri wrote him a heartfelt letter, reading aloud her feelings for him and their bright future together. Connor then dished his love back and ended it with a proposal of his own, and Bri immediately said yes.
Next came the reveal. Connor was nervous about Bri seeing him for the first time — height check: 5’11 and three-fourths — and worried he was out of shape. But the moment they laid eyes on each other, they rushed together, clearly thrilled. They shared what Bri called “the wildest first kiss ever,” though she did note he was a little sweaty at the time — bless him.
Things got rocky quickly in Mexico. It was Connor’s birthday during the first couples’ mixer, and Bri felt like some people didn’t dig deep enough in their conversations. Later, she admitted to Connor that she wanted to talk more with her previous connection, Chris, and he was visibly bothered. Connor also told the other men that Bri “never shuts up, but she lets me be me.”
Bri eventually got her chance to speak to Chris, leaving Connor clearly uncomfortable, though he recognized that he’s falling into an old habit of shutting her out. So far, so good… but the next episode preview paints a different picture.
In the look ahead, Bri visits Connor’s home and is visibly disappointed. She notices Christmas decorations still up and a keg outside. “You’re a project,” she says. At a group mixer, Chris tells her that Connor is too submissive for her. Later, Connor opens the door and tells Bri to leave, and she does. Uh oh.
