Is HGTV ‘Unsellable Houses’ Star Leslie Davis Still Married? Inside Her Love Life
Leslie Davis has shared her professional life with HGTV fans on her show Unsellable Houses since 2020, but when it comes to her personal life, she’s a bit more guarded.
However, Leslie gave a major update about her love life in a January 2026 blog post, where she revealed the current status of her relationship with husband Jacob Davis. Scroll down to learn more about the state of their marriage and more.
Is Leslie Davis still married to Jacob Davis?
No, Leslie and Jacob Davis are no longer married. When she announced her engagement to someone new in January 2026 (more on that below), she also confirmed her divorce from Jacob for the first time. “I have chosen to keep this part of my personal life private, a hard thing to do as someone with a show on HGTV,” Leslie explained in a blog post.
She pointed out that her ex-husband has “typically chosen to stay out of the public eye,” but noted that they “parted ways” in 2022. The two seem to be on amicable terms, as Leslie referred to Jacob as a “rockstar of a dad” to her kids and said they’ve created a “happy, loving, and stable home” for the boys.
“Jacob and I will always share love for each other, just now in a new way, we have learned to become the best teammates, to lean on each other, to support each other’s new adventures, and always put our boys first,” she added. “With lots of changes, our priority was to always protect our family, which is why I have kept this part of my life private. And seriously, who even announces a divorce anyway LOL!”
Leslie and Jacob met in her hometown of Snohomish, Washington, and tied the knot in 2002, so they were married for 20 years at the time of their split.
Who is Leslie Davis engaged to?
Leslie is now engaged to Don Reidy. The two met while Leslie and her twin sister, Lyndsay Lamb, were filming Season 5 of Rock the Block in 2023. Don was one of the contractors who helped work on the house they were building, according to Leslie.

“Through the stressful days, endless hours, and lots of laughs in between, we became best friends and continued to stay in touch post-filming,” Leslie explained. With Don working in Colorado and Leslie in Washington, they kept in touch via “hundreds of FaceTime calls,” which eventually turned into dates and weekend visits.
Don ended up moving to Snohomish to be with Leslie after almost a year of dating long-distance.
How many children does Leslie Davis have?
Leslie shares three children with Jacob. Their sons are named Kyler, Cash, and Cole.

The boys are onboard with their mom’s new relationship, too. “My boys instantly clicked with him from his constant joking around, eagerness to help with projects going on in the garage, and joining me in the stands, cheering them on at their events!” Leslie confirmed.
