Chris is a 33-year-old military veteran who currently works as an account executive. According to Netflix, Chris made it clear that he “is looking for someone to match his pace on the treadmill and his positive outlook on life.” The IRONMAN triathlon and jiu-jitsu fighter shares his home with two fur babies, an adopted stray cat named Chalupa and his dog, Cookie.
Chris also revealed that he entered the pods having recently gotten out of a six-year relationship. Netflix explained, “Chris is still searching for a lasting connection with the emotionally intelligent woman of his dreams.”

Eventually, Chris got down on one knee for Jess, telling her, “I wouldn’t want to spend the rest of my life with anyone else.” When the duo finally met face-to-face, he told her, “I love you, oh my God. You look amazing. Like, you literally look amazing.”

While it was Jess who finally pulled the plug on her relationship with Chris, he made it clear that while he still wanted to try, he was not attracted to her physically. He told her, “I feel like [our physical connection] is super boring… Like, for me, just to be totally honest, and without sounding like a f**king d**khead, I don’t know how to say it. In the normal world, I date people who f**king do, like, CrossFit and sh*t… Somebody who works out all the time and, like, has, like, a different type of… It’s just, like, somebody who does f**king Pilates every day.”

According to the Pod Squad ladies, Chris did go to a strip club right after Jessica called things off. Painting a clear picture, the women dished that there was a stripper pole pictured on his Instagram, with a stripper in his lap. “It was like one extreme to the next,” Bri exclaimed.
Bri also told the rest of the women that Chris had requested to follow her on that same, brand-new social media account the day after his breakup. He then slid into her DMs. She told Swooon, “I will say that this man was priding himself that he did not have social media in the pods.” Emma Betsinger then claimed that Chris had bought followers, since all his followers were random people who don’t post, and have no followers themselves.
Is Chris trying to date Bri?
Yes, Chris made it clear, now that he’s no longer engaged, he is into Bri. At the bowling alley, he told someone off camera, “Dude, Bri is so hot! I saw Bri, and I was like, ‘Yeah, I’m into her.’ Now, I wanna talk to her. And Connor, I don’t care.” Chris later told Bri, “I like Connor, but he’s very submissive. I could have turned up the notch with you, and Connor wouldn’t be in existence. I see it in the real world, and I’m like, ‘F**k, I f**ked up.’”
In Cabo, Bri told her fiancé, Connor, that she felt a disconnect between the people she got to know in the pods and how they acted in person. “I feel like out of respect for the connections and the things that we had in the pods,” she explained. “I just felt like we would’ve actually had a more genuine conversation than what I did with a lot of people. Even the guys I dated.” Here, she appeared to be talking about Chris. However, Bri made it clear that she is all in on Connor.
