Will 56 Days return for Season 2?
According to Prime Video, 56 Days was a limited series. This means it is not likely that the series will return for a second season. Of course, high viewership could lead to a potential anthology series of similar mysteries or a second season following Ciara and Oliver’s life outside of Boston, but right now, nothing has been confirmed.
Is there a sequel to 56 Days by Catherine Ryan Howard?
No, there is no sequel to Catherine Ryan Howard’s 56 Days. As it turns out, the ending of Howard’s thriller is completely different from that of the TV adaptation. Even so, the novel gives a conclusive ending to the story, much like the series. While there may not be a sequel to 56 Days, Howard has many other novels, including her most popular thriller, The Nothing Man, and her most recent, Burn After Reading.
