Outside of her career as an internet personality, Natalie is a certified surgical technologist, having previously worked for a reconstructive surgeon at the Georgia Institute for Plastic Surgery. According to The New York Times, Natalie dropped out of high school at 15 to pursue a career in modeling. However, she later returned to high school and gained a college degree in surgical technology from Savannah Technical College.

Natalie met the former Bachelor back in 2019, just two years after his season aired. According to the duo, it was Natalie who slid into Nick’s Instagram DMs with the flirty message, “You’re unreal.” Soon after, the two planned to meet up in New York City, traveling from their respective homes in Georgia and California. Nick told The New York Times that he didn’t expect their relationship to be anything serious at the time. He confessed, “Here I was meeting a girl who lives in Savannah. She’s meeting some guy who lives in L.A. That’s not necessarily a recipe for starting a relationship per se.”
That being said, Nick explained to E! News that there was a lot to like about Natalie right off the bat. He shared, “She was always very confident in what she wanted, which I found to be incredibly attractive and sexy. She never asked me what I wanted. She wasn’t very concerned about what I wanted in the relationship—well, she was, but not before she communicated what she wanted.” After over a year of non-exclusive dating, the two made things official in July 2020.

Yes, Natalie and Nick have a daughter, and they are currently expecting twins! Their daughter, River Rose, was born on February 2, 2o24, just two months before their wedding. Introducing the world to their baby girl, Natalie and Nick posted, “River Rose Viall 🤍 2-2-2024, named after Natalie’s great grandmother and niece…the best part of life starts now 🦢🕊️☁️💗.”
Now that their daughter is two, Natalie is pregnant again, this time with twin girls. Natalie recently shared, “I’ve always said i was put on this earth to be a mom and now that i am one it’s beyond anything i could’ve dreamt. I miss growing her in my belly and selfishly having her all to myself, but also can’t believe i get to hold her in my arms and share her with the people i love most. being River’s mom is my proudest accomplishment, she’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me and i’d give anything to make time stand still and to be in these moments with her forever 🩷.”
