Rene and Casey joined the cast of Storage Wars in 2013, but they have been selling for years, dating back to the beginning eBay days in the 1990s. Rene owned a media business before coming a full-time seller. He began his career shift by selling casino chips on eBay, and the rest stemmed from there.

Yes, Rene and Casey have one child, a daughter named Tatianna. She turned 18 in November 2024, which they acknowledged in a Facebook post, writing, “Our Little Tatianna is all Grown Up! Happy Happy 18th Birthday to my lovely daughter! You are our little blessing from God! We love you.”
