’90 Day Fiancé’ Engagement! Stig Proposes to Aviva After Pregnancy Scare

This is one 90 Day Fiancé engagement we did not see coming!

On March 29, Aviva Duhamel and Stig da Artist became the third couple to get engaged on this season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. While their relationship has not always been the smoothest journey, Stig made it clear that he wants to keep Aviva in his life after she travels back to the States.

At the start of the season, Aviva told viewers, “I want to leave Belize with a ring. I hope to get engaged. We have talked about it before, but I don’t know how he truly feels.” Now, she has her answer! Stig told viewers, “I think opposites attract, like she’s the missing piece of the puzzle. I feel like we’re a perfect balance, and I can see the future clearly.”

Stig proposed to Aviva at Belize’s Mayan ruins, a location that he shared is “very spiritual” to him. Getting down on one knee, he told her, “I want to tell you something, since the first time I met you, babe, at the airport, something just made me feel like you’re the one for real. I knew I was going to do this. I know you were scared, but I actually fell in love with you, Aviva, and I want to be with you for the rest of my life.” Pulling out a diamond ring in a small blue box, he asked, “So, babe, will you marry me?”

After she said yes, Aviva told viewers, “I’m engaged to Stig da Artist! Like, how cool is that?”

Earlier in the day, Aviva revealed she was worried that, even though they had started using condoms a few days into their time together, she could be pregnant. After taking a test, she was disappointed to see a negative result. She told viewers, “I feel more let down than I expected… Without a baby, it’s hard to know how serious he is about our future.”

Now it’s clear that Stig is all in!
